00:21 award ceremony featured 15 categories with a total of 24 awards presented, including

00:28 PNB Merdeka Ventures' Sanjuan Berhardt, Chief Executive Officer, Tengku Dato' Abdul Aziz
00:33 Tengku Mahmood, was awarded the property CEO, while Teh Lip Kim, the Managing Director of
00:38 Selangor Dredging Berhardt, was crowned property woman.
00:42 Each member of my team has played a pivotal role in our collective success and I am deeply

02:57 I think we were quite honoured to have been the winner and I think it is quite a privilege
03:04 to be winning the FIAPSE Heritage Award.
03:08 And I think from our perspective, it is actually something which we can capitalise on insofar
03:16 as the business is concerned.
03:18 I think our family is fortunate that our grandfather left us a legacy of old buildings.
03:27 So, instead of just selling them off, we are in a unique position to be able to decide
03:35 what we want to do with it.
03:37 I think we decided to retain it and breathe new life into it.
03:42 I think first of all, we want to thank the FIAPSE judges for giving us this opportunity
03:50 to win this category.
03:52 Now, winning the sustainability category for us in the FIAPSE means a lot for us because
03:58 it is a testament of our efforts going forward in our urban biodiversity especially.
04:07 This is something that the company is going to focus on.
04:11 So, doing this Omina Rainforest Knowledge Centre, it is one of the initiatives that
04:18 we are doing to enhance the urban biodiversity in our township.
