01:07The winner of the Housing Residential High Rise was bagged by the Trinity Group Sendirian Berhad.

02:24Hailing from Sarawak, Lafrowda Properties Sendirian Berhad bagged the Commercial Residential Low-Rise award.
02:31Its managing director, John Yong Lok Ping, said the company is thrilled to share the stage with other notable winners.
02:37I believe we are one of the first from Sarawak to win this award.
