It was a night of prestige and celebration as Malaysia’s leading developers and standout projects were honoured at the Malaysia Property Award (MPA) 2025 Presentation Ceremony and Gala Dinner on Saturday (Nov 8).
Organised by FIABCI-Malaysia, this prestigious award, now in its 33rd edition, continues to stand as the benchmark of achievement in Malaysia’s real estate landscape.

00:25Organised by the International Real Estate Federation of FIAPSI Malaysia, the event was held at the Imperial Ballroom One World Hotel on November 8.
00:35Setting the tone for the evening, FIAPSI Malaysia President Dr. Yu Kisoo underscored the importance of innovation and sustainability in shaping Malaysia's real estate future.

00:58As Malaysia embarks on the 13th Malaysia Plan, your work aligns with the nation's aspirations to accelerate sustainable urban development and infrastructure,
01:14promote inclusive growth through affordable housing and residence community,
01:22support public-private sector partnership, advance digitalisations and green technology adoptions.
01:33The ceremony was graced by the young Dipertuan Negeri of Melaka, Tun Muhammad Ali Rustam and his wife, Topuan Dr. Asma Abdul Rahman.
01:40This year's awards featured 18 categories, with a total of 20 honours presented, including the highly coveted Property Man and Property CEO.
01:52The Property Man Award, a lifetime achievement award for significant contributions to the industry,
01:58was conferred upon OSK Holdings Berhad founder and executive chairman, Tansri Ong Leong-Hwat.
02:04The Property CEO Award, which recognizes leadership and vision, was presented to Saim Dhabi Property Group Managing Director and CEO, Dato' Sri Azmir Merikan.
02:19Other notable winners included the Sendayan Group of Companies, Chinhin Group Property Berhad, Masing Group Berhad, and PNB Merdeka Ventures Sendirian Berhad.
02:28This particular award is very much attribute to the, I would say, our team, who has been very dedicated.
02:36It's very much their creativity, their commitments toward delivering a good quality, extraordinary affordable housing for the people.
02:45Basically, as we are celebrating this particular award, it's also a celebration of the success of Sarawak State Affordable Housing Policy,
02:54in that it has been proven that a good and effective private and public partnership,
03:04it can actually go a long way, giving extra value, so that the private developers can produce a good value of affordable housing for the people.
03:14We are truly honored to receive this recognition from FIAPC Malaysia.
