MCA President Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai on Thursday slammed Pakatan Harapan's alternative Budget, labelling the proposal a political ploy that is not feasible. He says Pakatan has failed to give a plan on alternative revenue streams on its proposed zero-rate policy on GST.
