00:36being probed under sections 427 and 279 of the Penal Code for mischief and reckless driving. A 29-second
00:45viral clip shows the motorcyclist closing in on both sides of the car. One rider is seen punching
00:51the driver's window and kicking the door, shattering a side mirror and forcing the driver to slow
00:57down to avoid a more serious incident.
