平板支撑

“平板支撑”是锻炼胸腹肌肉的5种最佳锻炼方式中的一种,在腹肌锻炼方面尤为有效,与经典的“仰卧起坐”相比,它不会对腰椎造成压力(特别是当锻炼方式有误时)。
该练习的难点不在于运动量,而在于应在一定时间内始终保持“轴线”姿势,并同时使躯干肌肉自由收缩(腹部、斜腹部和下背部)。对于希望优化腹肌,尽量减少背部负荷的人群来说,这是一项“非做不可”的练习。
