00:00Oh, you can throw them both at the same time.
00:02Tell me when.
00:03When?
00:05Nah, you good.
00:09Yo, GQ.
00:10It's your boy, Micah Parsons,
00:12and these are 10 Things I Can't Live Without.
00:19Coming from where I come from,
00:20being a dirty young bull is just like a no-go.
00:26I started carrying the hand sanitizer
00:29because as like I started blowing up,
00:31more people started touching me,
00:33and when people touch me, it like give me the ick.
00:34If someone come and grab my shoulder
00:36or like come grab my, wanna shake my hand
00:38or something like that, like,
00:39I gotta squeeze down real quick.
00:41Being a 250-pound guy, sun's out, I'm sweating.
00:45Deodorant runs fast.
00:46That's instantly in the bag.
00:49When I don't got my Invisalons in,
00:50and I'm out with the guys, I'm going out to it.
00:52All toys got a little bit of sugar,
00:54it hangs in Invisalons.
00:55This helps me better with my Invisalons,
00:57the Listerine strips.
00:58I'm gonna put it like this, like,
00:59it's a vibe when you got your brethren checked.
01:02Vibes love a dude who got some type of gum,
01:05mint, Listerine.
01:07For the people that don't know what vibes are,
01:09that could be the guys, the females, like,
01:11just air vibe.
01:12Like, if you having dinner with the vibes,
01:15this is the next most important thing, bro.
01:17You gotta have the floss picks.
01:19And then these, I keep in the whip,
01:21I keep in the duffy.
01:23I'm somewhere where I'm not going to have
01:25the toilet paper I need.
01:26The wet wipes is super essential, bro.
01:29These are my kids' joints.
01:30Sometimes you got snacks when the dude wipes run out.
01:33The food might run through me at the restaurant.
01:35I'm at the park.
01:37These right here save your life, bro.
01:39Save your life.
01:41Honestly, I fell in love with boxing,
01:43because my OG, Amar Cooper.
01:45Boxing's been, like, one of the best workouts you can do,
01:47especially as a pass rusher.
01:48And then I started researching into the sport.
01:50I really just fell in love with the sport of boxing, man.
01:52It's been real eye-opening for me.
01:54I understand these guys are true warriors.
01:56These guys who fall in love with their craft,
01:58they die in that ring.
01:59I just support everything they do.
02:01My top boxers right now,
02:02it's Bud Crawford, Earl Spence,
02:05Javonte Tate Davis,
02:06Ryan Garcia,
02:08Demetri B-Ball.
02:09It's a bunch of guys right there, right now,
02:11that I'm like, man, these guys is the real deal.
02:13If I was the boxer, I'm dropping down to 200.
02:16I'm dropping down to the Cruiserweight.
02:17Them dudes is just too big.
02:19I just seen what happened to my dog, Jerry Anderson.
02:22When they face some real heavyweights
02:23that ain't really moving, walk you down.
02:26Long arm reach.
02:27I got 34-inch arms, you know what I mean?
02:28So, a sloppy boxing match?
02:30Yeah, I'd definitely do a sloppy boxing match.
02:31Jake Paul, I want to line it up.
02:33We can do that.
02:34Logan Paul, we can do that.
02:36Ocho Cinco, we can do that.
02:38Post-football, post-football.
02:39Not everything here, but I'm a big board game person.
02:44Whether it's categories, monopoly, taboo,
02:48I feel like I'm endless.
02:50You've got to have a deep vibe in board games.
02:52But these two right here, I feel like people would say,
02:55uno, look, I got my own house rules.
02:57We're putting draw twos on draw twos.
02:59Fours goes on fours.
03:01The wild card, the blank, could be anything you want.
03:03I say you can't max it.
03:05You can't be doing draw tens, draw twos,
03:08just the wild stuff that's just not realistic.
03:11And then, I'm going to tell you a little story about Connect Four.
03:14I used to go to my homie's house, and his granddad was big in Connect Four and checkers.
03:20So, we used to use the Connect Four pieces as like the checker pieces.
03:23And, you know, they dog walked me.
03:25Like, they used just Connect Four and checkers.
03:28So, I was like, okay, I'll be back.
03:30So, I went down on my phone, bought the game,
03:33and I just started playing the computer, like, nonstop.
03:35Like, learning strategy, learning where I want to place it,
03:38how to think ahead, how to build up, just everything imaginable.
03:42So, I didn't have to go through that feeling again.
03:44I went back two weeks later, dog walked everybody.
03:46Like, that's just how competitive I am.
03:48He only won't play me no more because I tried too hard.
03:51Same thing with the Uno, bro.
03:52Like, I just don't really don't like to lose.
03:54Like, it'll ruin my whole night if I lose.
03:56I'm like, dead nice.
03:57Everybody in my family, friends know they're like,
04:00yo, we're going to play Mike and Connect Four.
04:02Like, people call me and be like,
04:04yo, I want you to play this person Connect Four.
04:08Especially as an athlete, besides just this,
04:10like, I only drink, like, coconut water,
04:12like, watermelon water, like, lemon water.
04:15Like, I only drink things that's adding to the benefit.
04:18Like, when I'm drinking, I want to drink vitamin D.
04:20I want magnesium and I want some zinc in it.
04:22Like, I ain't just drinking, just drinking.
04:24Like, I'm drinking health as well.
04:25Like, I'm drinking two, three booster shots every day.
04:29Immune joint, ginger, cayenne, turmeric, edelberry.
04:33Like, I used to always get sick.
04:34And as soon as I started getting on my immune game
04:36and drinking what I'm supposed to drink,
04:38I have not been sick since.
04:39It has to be Mountain Valley.
04:41It has to be in a glass bottle.
04:43There's cancerous things in plastic water bottles.
04:45I hate to tell y'all, but I can't drink plastic water.
04:48Listen, when I talk about hygiene,
04:52this incorporates Doritos.
04:55That's why you got to add odd toys and Listerine strips.
04:57You talking about, like, favorite snack.
04:59I got to have some chips now.
05:00I'm definitely going with my Doritos.
05:02Huge essential, grapefruit on the road.
05:04And another essential that I always keep
05:05is that grass-fed beef jerky.
05:07My actual one homeboy, we flying to Australia.
05:09He's like, yo, why you got two big bags
05:11of grass-fed beef jerky and you carry them?
05:14I was like, bruh, worst come to worst.
05:16I know I'm going to have some snacks.
05:18I'm going to be very prepared.
05:19Because before I was a young boy, you know,
05:21you pack everything underneath the plane like you good.
05:24Everything's coming with me.
05:25That's why that bag is so important.
05:27Like, I'm not going nowhere without a bag.
05:29Like, besides getting stuck, man,
05:30if the plane go down, I'm good.
05:32You need to survive.
05:33Because if that thing go down,
05:34if some reason we're in a desert or we're in,
05:37you know, somewhere icy,
05:39I don't want to hear, yo, I know you got that beef jerky.
05:42Let me get a piece.
05:42I'm like, nah, you're going to be wolf meat.
05:44So always keep a little jacket.
05:46You know, change the sweatsuit in case you got
05:48stacked up in the cold.
05:49I'm telling you, change your life.
05:50Ain't that spicy Doritos too?
05:52The purple bag?
05:53Purple bag's dummy.
05:55Dummy.
05:57I'm not going to lie,
05:58I have to play at least two, three hours a day.
05:59Or maybe even longer.
06:00Sometimes, bruh, I could wake up at 6 a.m.
06:02and play at 6 a.m.
06:03Like, every day I got to be able to play.
06:05Unless, like, you know, I'm in tune to family.
06:08I got to put my family first, my kids first.
06:10Like, I get that, but when I got that downtime,
06:14I'm trying to boot up with the homies and play.
06:15I'm Xbox mainly.
06:17I go Xbox off of preference.
06:19I think it just feel better.
06:20It play better.
06:21But I got the P5 in case somebody talk crazy about Madden,
06:24NCAA, something like that.
06:25I can boot up right away.
06:27It's actually crazy because a lot of my friends say, like,
06:29bro, it looks like you're never having fun playing.
06:31Because how angry I get at the game.
06:34And that's just me though.
06:35Like, if I'm not winning, I'm angry.
06:37Like, I'm cussing at the screen.
06:38Like, I ain't never breaking a controller.
06:41Ain't nobody ever had me, like, that livid.
06:43But, like, I've been times where, like, I'm just like,
06:45all right, I'm turning my Xbox on.
06:46I'm done.
06:47Like, like, I'm done.
06:50Lights, camera, action right here.
06:52Man, I just started this vlog life.
06:55And this has probably been, like, the best thing I could have ever done.
06:58I always tell a lot of my homeboys about all these crazy experiences
07:01that we get to live at athletes.
07:02Who we meet, what we encounter, what the places we go.
07:05All of them just like, yeah, like, it sound cool.
07:08Like, sound great.
07:09I'm glad you have fun.
07:10But, like, when you can show them the footage,
07:13it's a completely different game.
07:15They're all like, why didn't I go?
07:16I'm going next time.
07:17Like, we all take pictures.
07:18Like, people love pictures.
07:19Like, we take a thousand.
07:21Like, I got 40,000 pictures in my photo gallery.
07:23Now I could create my own moment in time.
07:25Like, I can have everything about how it happened,
07:27who it went, what the conversation was.
07:29And I always tell people, like, people like,
07:30man, you doing it for YouTube, you doing it for this.
07:32I'm like, I could put on YouTube some of it.
07:34But, like, honestly, this is really for me.
07:36For me to look back on my life, I'm like,
07:37yo, like, I was really doing this.
07:39Like, I really experienced this.
07:41Dude, like, I love to record.
07:42I love to document.
07:44I'm going to get it all on my little keypad.
07:46I'm going to give it to my son one day.
07:47And be like, here, you just watch this by yourself.
07:53You already been hearing it.
07:55The bag.
07:55It's either the Dior black book bag or this Dior duffel bag.
07:59Off rip.
08:00Got the deweys in there.
08:01The water, super essential.
08:03But the ultimate that really saved my life
08:05is this baby right here.
08:07I'm going to even shout out this brand, Anchor.
08:09You made a hell of a product.
08:11It's hella expensive.
08:12On Amazon right now, they're like $160, $180.
08:14When I tell you it's worth every dollar,
08:16you get two fast C chargers.
08:18It actually charges my vlog camera too.
08:21I get so many chargers out of this.
08:23Even on flights, like, you know, you only get one outlet.
08:25I'm charging my headphones.
08:26I'm charging my iPad.
08:28I'm pretty much doing whatever.
08:29And I still have battery.
08:31Stupid important.
08:32And if you don't got these, you need these two.
08:34The noise cancellation just separates itself.
08:36You don't hear none of that ruckus, none of that BS on flights.
08:39Super essentials.
08:40Always carry you a 10 footer on you.
08:43And obviously the hairbrush coming with me everywhere I go.
08:45Gotta get the ways right.
08:47I mean, this is one of the best things you can have.
08:51Super easy, but you can pack anything.
08:55What can I not say about these Ray-Bans?
09:00This is another little small glimpse.
09:02A small, like, lights, camera, action.
09:04One, I could document the movie.
09:06Like, it's recording right now.
09:07Like, y'all say what's up.
09:08They Bluetooth too.
09:10Yeah, so you got the Bluetooth.
09:12So, like, you ever see, like, somebody just vibing?
09:14You like, damn, they just real vibing.
09:17Like, I just be, like, in my own zone.
09:20Like, people be like, yo, how you doing?
09:23And I'm like, ah, I got music in my ear.
09:25And people, because they don't got no, you know what I mean?
09:27Adidas is a super vibey video, little phone.
09:30You can take pictures with them.
09:32I use these for a lot of various things.
09:37I'm sponsored by Adidas, so I am very biased.
09:39I am very biased.
09:41But Adidas is the most stepped on brand.
09:43When I tell you they got heat, super comfy, true to size.
09:46Honestly, my feet game since I've been with Adidas has really skyrocketed, bro.
09:51If I'm putting a fit together, I'm one of them people where it's, like, not too much.
09:54I'm going to let the shoes work.
09:55My shoes is probably one of the most essential things.
09:58I got a lot of sneakers.
09:59I didn't have a lot of sneakers growing up.
10:00You know how moms was.
10:02You get two pair of sneakers a year, and one was the hoop shoes.
10:05So now I got hella hoop shoes, hella walk around shoes.
10:08I got all the Sambas, the Stan Smiths, the Rockstar Shells, the 762 SLs, where I got the Robberies.
10:17Man, I got special collabs they did with Bathing 8, Gucci, everything you can think of.
10:22Like, now when I pack my bags, like, I don't even pack designer.
10:25Like, I don't do none of that.
10:26I deed it out.
10:27I can only imagine what it was like back in the day when they actually had the Yeezys in store,
10:31the human races.
10:33If I was in that era, oh my God, my collection would be so dumb.
10:36You know, GQ, I appreciate y'all for having me, and I'll see y'all next time.
