00:00What's up GQ Sports? I'm Travis Kelce and these are my 10 essentials that I take everywhere I go.
00:13So this is my golf bag guys. I love to golf on my free time. I have a lot of these
00:21fun courses that I've played. I love shit like this. They're like little trinkets. They give you
00:27little souvenirs. Shout out to Malabon. Shout out to the Wynn Las Vegas. Shout out to Pinehurst 2.
00:34I only got to see you for about eight holes because I'm notoriously late everywhere I go.
00:41This is a putter cover. It's actually got my putter underneath there and it's just it's a Nike shoe.
00:47I don't believe Nike made off-white Virgil Jordan 1s in a what is this a C
00:54a C6, a 6C. So this was custom made. Shout out to Kumar. It was an actual kid's shoe at some point.
01:03I was only given one.
01:07Another one of my essentials, my hats.
01:12Just a mixed bag of hats. Some mean something, some don't. My favorite logo of all time,
01:18the Chicago Black Hawk. Shout out to Tony Amante, Chris Chelios, some of the legends back in the 90s.
01:24Tribeca. This is Patrona the New, one of my favorite stores in New York City.
01:29University of Cincinnati, baby. Always reppin'. Garage Beer. It's a new love. It's a beer brand
01:35that me and my brother both teamed up with out of Ohio, Cleveland, and Cincinnati guys ourselves.
01:41So we kept it in Ohio. Shout out to everybody over at Garage Beer. Get you some if you haven't had any.
01:46And then Homebred and my guy Eric Jones' brand up in Cleveland, Ohio. I've known Eric since we were,
01:51golly, I can't even tell you, three, five years old. Been knowing him since birth, basically.
01:57I feel like I like vintage hats because I like the old school logos, whether it's hockey,
02:02NBA, NFL. I don't really wear any other team other than the Chiefs. As a kid, I just absolutely loved
02:08them. So I kind of gravitate towards the 90s version. And all this stuff is fly.
02:13Another essential, my Heights chain. This is from the man himself, Ben Baller.
02:24This is actually my city logo. You can see the C and the H in there for Cleveland Heights.
02:29I always thought it was one of the coolest logos out there. It's got the trees because
02:34we live in a very green area on the east side of Cleveland. A lot of parks that I played in.
02:39And of course, these are the streets that I was running around in growing up. And yeah,
02:43I just love representing the Heights. It's where I come from. I believe it's who's made me the
02:47person that I am today. All the families back there. I love you guys and I miss you guys.
02:52I take a little bit of the Heights with me everywhere I go.
02:54There we go. There we go. Oh yeah. You gotta have fresh socks, people. Gotta have fresh socks.
03:07Nike's my favorite athletic brand. I've been wearing these Nike socks since I was a kid.
03:11And you know, I really didn't appreciate new socks until I went away to college. Because when I went
03:18away to college, I didn't have anybody buying me socks anymore. My mother, she wasn't, I wasn't under
03:24her household anymore. So mom, thank you for letting me realize that I need new socks. One of my like
03:31favorite guilty pleasures because I buy so many socks. I will literally go to every city with a new pair.
03:36How many do you go through like? I don't, I don't, I don't feel comfortable telling anybody,
03:41nor do I know. I don't count, but I, I know it's a lot. One of my essentials are my Louis flip-flops.
03:53I'm big on lounging around the house. I like to be comfortable around the house. Slide your foot
03:57in and out of these, put your feet on some carpet, put them up on the couch. You're not throwing your
04:02shoes on the couch. You know, it's just lounging around. Athletes like to wear flip-flops because we're
04:06always, you know, in shoes and cleats doing a lot on our feet. Let these dogs breathe.
04:15My cologne. Gotta have the cologne. One, two, three. You gotta have more than just one,
04:23ladies and gentlemen. You gotta have a few, a variety. Sometimes you can mix and match if they,
04:28if they smell good together and they pair well together. But today I have two Louis and one X,
04:34I can't, X Nihilo. I don't, I'm not sure how to pronounce it guys. I'm sorry, but I love this one.
04:40This is my favorite one right now. This Louis is, I can't speak French. I actually, fun fact,
04:47failed French and as a freshman and I wasn't allowed to play football my sophomore year. So kids,
04:52make sure you do your homework. And then lovers from LV. I believe it's one of their newest ones.
04:58Every store that I go into in terms of boutiques, I'll even go into a smell good store and just, you know,
05:03have at it. Just start spraying away, waving them around, smelling them. It's all a trial and error
05:10and just, you know, whatever you feel like. And obviously there's certain smells that just match
05:13the fit perfectly. Whether it's like a dinner night or you're going out with your friends or
05:18just going to work. Who doesn't love smelling good?
05:20One of my most needed essentials,
05:27my iPad. I go everywhere with this, obviously just for shows and surfing the web and being
05:33entertained. That's one thing, but I can get to every single game, every single film of practice,
05:40every single clip of my entire career right here in this guy. It's essential to me because it's my work,
05:45it's my duty. I like to, in the middle of the day, if I'm thinking of something that happened last
05:50season or if I'm thinking of something that I can improve on, you always have your study guide with
05:55you everywhere you go. And it really helps me be the professional that I am.
05:59Next up for all you hygiene lovers, just to let you know that I'm not disgusting.
06:07My toiletry bag. There's nothing interesting in here. I got a brush because now I have my hair longer,
06:13got to have deodorant, got to have a toothbrush toothpaste. Don't judge me for not having a cap
06:17on my toothbrush right now. I just grabbed it from the house. What's your secret to maintaining your
06:24mustache? Yeah. The way my guy, Patty Cuts, trims that stash in this beard, I just get to wake up,
06:31get in the shower and brush my teeth and I'm ready to rock and roll. Shout out to Patty Cuts.
06:43Got to have some sunglasses. These ones, Louis just happened to be the ones in the bag.
06:47Nothing too special, just something that can go with the fit. You know what I mean?
06:51I will wear them inside like I am now. Sunshine blockers, some hater blockers,
06:58however you want to see it. Always got to have some shades on you.
07:04My AirPods. Essentials, people. We need AirPods and I need the noise canceling AirPods. I don't like the
07:13old ones. I like listening to music. And when I tell you I like listening to music, I like to listen to
07:18everything. Country to hip hop, to R&B, to EDM, to house, symphony music, you name it. I'm all over
07:26the board. I go everywhere from back in the 50s to modern day and everything in between. I just love
07:33listening to some good tunes. Nothing better, baby.
07:36Another essential to get me through the day. Accelerator active energy.
07:48It's just 200 milligrams of caffeine, people. I might drink five of them a day, but
07:54it accelerates the metabolism. It's natural caffeine. Natural energy is what we're working
08:00with here, people. Zero sugar. Can't get it anywhere else. It's the best caffeinated drink,
08:04the healthiest caffeinated drink, especially for an athlete like myself, because it hydrates you
08:09while you drink it. Plant-based thermogenics. So here you have it. These are my 10 essentials.
08:16I think I keep it pretty chill. You guys tell me. Appreciate you guys watching. Go Chiefs.
