A simple family grocery haul from Sainsbury’s in Scotland, with Cheryl sharing what she picked up this week for around £67. The shop includes everyday essentials like bananas, tuna, kitchen roll, salad items, yogurt drinks, granola, crackers, cheese, coleslaw, and a few quick meal ideas for busy days.

There are also a few handy extras in the mix, from hair bobbles and furniture polish to frozen jackets, ravioli, garlic bread, and a ready meal for an easy lunch. Cheryl talks through each item as she goes, explaining what’s for salads, what’s for Mr. Weasel T, and which bits are there for quick lunches, snacks, or a speedy tea.

This is a relaxed food shopping vlog with a practical family grocery haul feel, ideal if you enjoy UK supermarket hauls, Sainsbury’s shopping, meal ideas, and budget-friendly weekly food shop videos. It’s also a nice watch for anyone who likes real-life home and grocery content from a Scottish family kitchen.

00:06hello there folks and a very warm welcome back to what's for tea it's lovely to see you all again
00:12as usual and welcome back just to see what i've picked up in the family food shop this week and
00:18i do hope that i find you very well so as you can see we've gone back to sainsbury's we
00:23didn't need
00:24a great deal this week but i will show you as normal what i have picked up from start to
00:30end
00:30in no particular order and it was just about 67 pounds but i do still have a few bits and
00:37bobs
00:37to pick up so just from the start like i said all the way to the end i'll explain what
00:42i've got
00:42and why i've got it so i picked up some feta cheese although this is salad cheese so it's a
00:48kind of
00:48fake feta but it'll be just the same i reckon in a salad and then i needed some bobbles for
00:54the gym
00:55and these are great they're lovely and soft and stretchy they don't put too much stress in your
01:00hair and they're a really good price and then some baby plum tomatoes again just for some salad
01:05a couple of my protein yogurt drinks i get these most weeks great whether and you know when they
01:11are on offer but more often than not they're not but i still pick them up because they are good
01:16and then one of the large pot yoghurts so this is the cherry onkin this one is lovely it's lovely
01:22and creamy and then our usual bananas and i think these are brilliant value for what they are
01:27and i think there are eight they're a wee bit green but they will be fine and then a double
01:33pack
01:33of the kitchen roll something i go through so quickly and then our usual tuna so just a four pack
01:40of tuna chunks you can get the tuna steaks as well but i've found these are brilliant when you take
01:46the lid off and you drain the the brine away it's usually quite chunky anyway and then a couple of
01:52packs of jasper snacks we like to get him a couple of different flavors just to give him some variety
01:58i
01:58don't know if he notices any difference but we like to get a couple of different flavors and he does
02:03like
02:03those and they're lovely and soft for him for his old gums and then a pack of the mixed leaf
02:10salad
02:10and then a couple of packs of the bachelor's pasta and sauce and these are the two flavors that mr
02:16what's for tea likes so the cheese leaking ham and the cheese and broccoli just to have in the cupboard
02:21they make a fab wee lunch or snack you know if you're short a time and then a big sack
02:27of granola i don't bother
02:28with granola usually but mr what's for tea has this every morning and this is the one that he likes
02:34at the moment it's just a nut and honey and i've seen these and i just could not pass these
02:39up i like
02:40lentil chips anyway but i just sort of curry flavored lentil chips i haven't tried them yet
02:46but i'm looking forward to those then i picked up some coleslaw and this is a pesto coleslaw i thought
02:52it was quite dear you know for what it is but i you know again i reckon it's going to
02:57be really tasty
02:58and then some furniture polish just you know furniture polish for polishing stuff and then a
03:05big bag of the frozen mccain jackets i just got the big bag and you know it's just for a
03:11wee change
03:11i usually get the four pack but i got the bigger one and then this ravioli i thought looked lovely
03:16and
03:16this is just so quick and so easy just throw a sauce over the top and you've got a lovely
03:22delicious tea
03:23which takes about five minutes and then the mr kipling angel slices we haven't had for years
03:28and we do like one of these we you know with a wee cup of tea or coffee bargain of
03:34the century
03:34these were actually from tesco these are down to 80p normally two pounds 25 who is paying two pounds
03:4225 for those but 80p bit of a bargain and then some garlic bread to go at the side of
03:49that lovely
03:50ravioli and this is lovely as well i've had this loads of times i picked up a wee ready meal
03:55just
03:56for me for a quick lunch or something or i need to take something on the go and this one
04:00i thought
04:00looked nice you know it's just pesto chicken you know past this but yeah it's going to be quite
04:06nutritious and filling and then some cream crackers as well i've usually got these in the drawer these
04:10are lovely with butter on them nice cold butter and then some parmesan shavings which i haven't had
04:16for a wee while do prefer the shavings over the grated one it's got a nicer texture and this is
04:22the sauce that i got just to pour over the ravioli and this is a lovely meaty sausagey sauce so
04:28this is
04:28going to be amazing with that ravioli and like i said it's going to take about five minutes just heat
04:32the sauce you know cook the ravioli for a few minutes combine them you've got your tea and it's
04:37delicious so i am looking forward to that so thank you so much for watching if you're still here and
