Sainsbury’s Scotland grocery haul with practical family staples, a few treats, and plenty of value for the week ahead. Cheryl shares what she picked up for just over £54, including carb balance wraps, bananas, yoghurt, Maris Piper potatoes, broccoli, microwave brown rice, a roast chicken, blueberries, Skyr, beef slices, potato croquettes, cheese, Kettle chips, soup, and a couple of quick MyProtein lunch pots.

There are also a few cupboard and freezer essentials in the mix, like panko breadcrumbs, tuna pasta seasoning, baked pasta, frozen chips, jacket potatoes, and a thick-cut wholemeal loaf that came in at 75p. She also mentions a couple of items she nearly missed on camera, plus the fact that some products were on offer, including butter and stuffing. 00:06well hello there folks how are you it's lovely to see you again as usual and i hope that i
00:11find you
00:12very well indeed and you've had a good week in managing to get everything that you need
00:16so thanks for coming over just to see what i popped in the trolley this week at sainsbury's
00:22and we didn't really spend much this week and i feel as though there's quite a lot here for the
00:28actual money spent and there's a couple of things that i zoomed by and forgot to film but i will
00:33mention that as we go so the first thing i've got there are my usual carb balance wraps which i
00:39love
00:40they're just full of fiber and they're good on protein as well and they're lovely and soft highly
00:45recommend and then our usual bananas and then a couple of the larger pot yogurts which always seem
00:51to be on offer are these things ever full price because they always seem to be an offer when i
00:57pick them up and then a big bag of our usual maris piper potatoes and then some broccoli as well
01:04for the side of something a couple of packs of my usual brown microwave rice which i'm really
01:10loving at the moment and then one of these roast in the bag chicken so we're going to have that
01:15at
01:15some point with some stuffing and probably that broccoli and those tatties a couple of boxes of
01:21ibuprofen for the sore heads really good price on those as well and lots of you say you know those
01:27are a really good price compared to where you are some panko breadcrumbs for the top of the
01:33macaroni cheese that gives it a lovely crunch topping and these things last for ages and they
01:39keep really well in the tub a big box of blueberries we'll both be having these in the morning on
01:45top of
01:45the yogurt or the cereal so we can get in the bigger boxes recently and they last a wee while
01:51and again
01:51they keep really well before they go mushy and then a couple of my usual skier yogurts which were on
01:58offer these were half price one of the items the butter there i forgot to cover and there's a wee
02:04box
02:05of stuffing behind the butter as well some roast beef for some sandwiches potato croquettes because i
02:11haven't had them for ages there's that butter there and the stuffing is behind it the butter was
02:17£3.50 down from £5 and the stuffing was 45p my usual jacket potatoes a bag of frozen chips just
02:26to
02:26have in the freezer because i've completely run out and then a block of cheese as well and this one
02:32was on offer a wee bit smaller than my normal block but it is a really nice cheese a five
02:38pack of the
02:38kettle chips we like these i don't think i've ever bought them in the five pack so we'll see what
02:44those
02:44are like how many you get and then my usual tuna pasta seasoning mix that i like to have in
02:50the
02:51cupboard a can of tomato soup for our cheeseburger pasta bake again i just like to have a few of
02:56these
02:56in the cupboard just in case and then a loaf of the thick wholemeal sliced bread just the basics one
03:03just to see what it's like a really nice soft loaf as well and it's only 75p so you can't
03:09really go
03:09wrong and then i picked a couple of these up for me for lunches on the go so these are
03:14from my protein
03:15they're just a kind of higher protein lunch pot one is chicken curry and one is firecracker chicken
03:22so they're going to be quite similar it's just basically chicken and rice and sauce you only pop
03:28them into the microwave for three minutes and then your lunch is ready so that was everything that
03:33i picked up in sainsbury's this week i do still have a few bits and bobs still to pick up
03:38but i always
03:39do that there are always things i forget and then obviously things from local butcher as well
03:44that i usually need but that's the bulk of everything i will use over the next week so
