00:17what i picked up in sainsbury's this week because i do know that we buy a lot of the same
00:22stuff and
00:22that's just because we make a lot of the same meals so we tend to buy a lot of the
00:27same stuff
00:27so i really do appreciate you coming over and having a wee nosy so like i said we're going back
00:32to sainsbury's and spent just over 60 pounds so 63 40 and i'll just take you through what i got
00:39in no
00:39particular order so i've got one wee lonely lettuce because the weather has turned a wee bit and it's
00:45not as warm as it has been and then some parsley a couple of packs of the pasta and sauce
00:51that i just
00:52like to have in the cupboard you know for a quick lunch or snack and it's really easy to make
00:57you
00:57can use water or milk add a wee bit of butter and it's made in like 10 minutes so it's
01:02very quick
01:03and easy and tasty a bag of onions because i'd run out and then i needed some dishwasher tablets and
01:10these ones were on a fantastic offer and you'll always find one that's on offer and that tends to
01:16be the one that i buy because i don't think there's a lot of difference between the different brands so
01:21yeah great offer on that and then our favorite macaroni is the marshall's macaroni out of that as
01:27well and then a one tin of sweet corn for something that i'm going to be making and then a
01:32bunch of
01:33bananas i think there are eight here and i always think they're fab value i do like a banana and
01:39then a
01:39couple of cans of their own brand of tomato soup which is absolutely fine a couple of tins of the
01:48still on offer and they are good beans and then a jar of marmalade as well i got two packs
01:54of the
01:54tuna because we're going through an awful lot of tuna just now i like to have this and a jacket
01:59potato
02:00and a sandwich and a wrap you know with a wee bit of salad so we do get through a
02:04lot of tuna
02:05and then i got some of the sliced roast chicken as well these are lovely thick slices so a wee
02:11bit of
02:12money off of this as well so fab value and then i got some cooked ham so this was the
02:17first of the
02:18two cooked cooked hams and then a box of eggs as well just for some bacon that i've got coming
02:25up and
02:26then this is the bavarian smoked ham which i think is really good value for what you get and it's
02:31a
02:31lovely ham i have had this quite a few times and it's lovely and smoky i just needed one butter
02:37i've
02:37still got butter there from last week and then this deodorant was also on offer and i thought this
02:43was quite pricey originally but you know what the smell off of this is beautiful and then a couple of
02:50bags of the salad as well and then some mushrooms we're going to be having steak and mushrooms at
02:56some point and then a box of biscuits and i love the border biscuits and this is quite a nice

03:02selection there are six different kinds or types or varieties in this box so these will last you know
03:09probably to the end of the week so yeah six different kinds of biscuits in this box and i like
03:15the presentation as well with the clear lid and then some garlic bread for the cider some kind of
03:21pasta no doubt and then a bag of potato croquettes i haven't had these for ages and i got a
03:28big bag of
03:28the mccain jacket it's just because there was a pound off of the bigger bag instead of getting the
03:33box of four so yeah good value on that as well some spring onions and then some fish cakes and
03:39these are
03:39the tuna ones for a wee change i picked up four of the five true blend yogurts i got these
03:45last week
03:45and they are really nice and they're still on offer they're usually 160 each down to a pound and then
03:52a big
03:52pot yogurt just one of those and then a wee mini cucumber for the salad as well and that was
03:58everything that i got from sainsbury's but i do need to get to the local butcher for some steaks
04:03some chicken breast and i think some sausages as well which i'll probably do tomorrow possibly today
