A Scotland family grocery haul packed with Sainsbury’s favourites, a few Tesco and Iceland extras, and a total spend of just under £80. Cheryl shares what she picked up this week after plans to try Waitrose fell through because all the delivery slots were booked, so it was back to the usual supermarket run instead.

There are everyday staples like tea, tortilla wraps, tuna, butter, parmesan, cheddar, yogurt, rice, pesto, pasta sauces, salad, potatoes, breaded chicken, and frozen chips, plus a few treats and meal ideas such as chicken satay skewers, garlic bread, and a protein bar. She also mentions a couple of onions going soft, a dishwasher tablet replacement, and a few items bought on offer, making this a realistic UK grocery haul and weekly food shop.

If you enjoy Sainsbury’s haul videos, UK supermarket shopping, family grocery hauls, and budget-friendly food shop content, this is a useful look at what one household picked up across Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Iceland. It’s ideal for grocery haul inspiration, meal planning ideas, and anyone who likes relaxed lifestyle shopping videos.
