00:52And I married into a great family with my wife's family.
00:56And my brother-in-law, who I'm close to, it's a close family.

01:09And they're just buying all the packages and watch everything from home

01:22That's the toughest sell, right, is that it is so great to watch at home now.

01:35I got to tell you, my brother-in-laws both did it to their backyards.

01:41The other one's got two or three TVs around the bars.

03:20But if you're doing it to keep your frigging job, that's not good.
03:23And I've seen a couple GMs now do that.
03:27It's just been bad.
03:29So, I'm a board with a GM and head coach.

03:32I think they know what they're doing.
03:36And this is what they inherited.
03:37They knew when they got the job.
03:39So, it's no surprise that, hey, we're going to get rid of a bunch of guys
03:44because we're in cap hell.
03:46And the whole story we've told you.
03:47But that story is only part of the story because it's been like this
03:51for a long, long time around here.
03:52It just has not worked with the people that we've had.
03:58And so, we're going to do it the right way.
04:01But while we're doing it the right way, I'm just not a fan at all of raising prices
04:08at all with what you're giving them right now.
04:14And you've got teams struggling to score points.
04:17You've got teams struggling on special teams.
04:19teams, you're trying to figure out who can play.
04:22You're adding different players every week, trying to upgrade.
04:25It's a different team than we're used to, even with the teams that we thought
04:32could win maybe 10 games or 9 games or 8 games or 7 games.
04:37But, boy, it's a rough time to do this.

05:22It's such a small raise in price, too.
05:24Like, why did they feel this was necessary?
05:26Because the optics of it are just, again, are so bad.
05:29Like, did you really need this extra money for some reason?

05:34With everything going on, did you really, really need to do this in the middle?

05:40But, like, it just looks bad.
05:43And with everything else going on, that piece of property is generating a lot of cash for

05:52And I will say this.
05:54The one that most people here in South Florida care about the most, I know the F1's got its
06:00great three days with the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday races, and the big party, but the
06:06thing that fans care about most that have had this team since the 60s is the Dolphins.
06:14And it's the one thing that we haven't been able to figure out.
06:19We're very successful in tennis.
06:22We're very successful in F1.
06:24The Canes are becoming very successful.
06:28The concerts are, you know, the acts that take the stadium are great.
06:34Soccer matches.
06:35Everything's great.
06:36No, they're getting great soccer matches.
06:37They're not putting crap teams out there to play each other when all these people come
06:41in and go through the windows to get seats and stuff because, you know, they want to
06:45be.
06:46It's the one thing we've got to get figured out, man.

06:49The sacrifice the fans have made, too, right?
06:52Because it's very difficult to park at that stadium now, right?
