00:00Hey guys, Blake Bliss here. I hope you are well. An interesting initiative and project
00:05has surfaced in my life that I'd like to share with you. One in which we can come together
00:10as a community and help people in developing countries, more specifically in Africa, to
00:15build health clinics and schools. Things that I feel that maybe even in Western society
00:21we take for granted and these people are potentially striving to have because it's a necessity.
00:28We all need these types of things. And I have a person with me that I'm going to introduce
00:32soon who will be able to share with you in more detail what this project is all about
00:38and how you guys can get involved in helping us be able to manifest this and create positive
00:43change in the world. Hey guys, so now I'm going to introduce you to Jeff. So Jeff, come on
00:47over. All right. So Jeff, how long ago did you actually start this project? We got involved
00:54about three years ago. Okay. So, and in terms of like the inspiration, what actually inspired
01:00you to want to get this going? You know, I've been traveling to South Africa and Sub-Saharan
01:06Africa quite a bit and I've noticed a lot of poverty, a lot of pain and suffering, a lot
01:10of poor living conditions and poor health care conditions. How long, like how often have
01:14you been? I've been going to South Africa or Sub-Saharan Africa for about 12, 15 years now.
01:19Right. And what do you feel this will actually do? How do you think this will affect change
01:24in the community? I think we're going to leave behind a way that people can work better to
01:29build their own homes, hospitals, health clinics. We want to give them the tools to help themselves.
01:35Right. We want to leave behind an educated workforce and a better way of getting things done.
01:41Right. So do you think that you can explain that to them in more detail and then, you know,
01:45hopefully through this, they can understand better what your initiative actually is? I'd love to.
01:48Okay. Hi, I'm Jeff. As Blake and I were discussing, I started this project about three years ago.
01:57After many years of travels to Africa and seeing an intense amount of suffering and pain and the
02:03lack of decent housing and schooling and health clinics, I felt that there was something I had
02:09to do. Something had to be done to help these people. I found a way to build these structures better.
02:15I found a way that I could teach people how to build these structures themselves.
02:19I found a way that we can help these folks have things that we have and take for granted.
02:26So what we're doing now as a community is coming together to try to put these buildings in place
02:32right now for these folks. Getting involved now helps us to deliver a school and a health
02:37clinic immediately. I feel that we can help these folks to have a better life for many years
02:42to come. The stuff that we're doing now will make change, long-lasting change, for generations.
02:48Any involvement that you can find in your heart now is going to help us to help them for the
02:53long haul.
02:54Part of what we're doing is not only to build, but it's to teach. After seeing what was going on
02:59there
02:59myself for all these trips that I've made to Africa, I've noticed no one knew how to help themselves
03:04to get these things done. What we've discovered is a way to help. And I'm really confident that if we
03:10put
03:10ourselves together as a community, we can deliver that school, that clinic right now, and help these
03:15people immediately. And help them for the long haul.
03:19Hey guys, so here's some images of some of the communities and people that our desire is to help
03:26and improve the quality of life.
03:31These photos you'll see are actually pictures of some of the schools and the conditions that these kids
03:37have to be taught in. It's quite inspiring to see.
03:40Yeah, so take a look and see what you think.
03:47So the more people who can get involved, the better it is. So please go and check out the link
03:54and check
03:54out the campaign, check out the initiative and see what's happening and get involved. This is a way
04:00that we can affect change positively in a community that may not have as much as us.
04:07So, I love you guys. Thanks so much for being a part of my life and thanks so much for
04:11watching this video.
04:12I'll talk to you all soon. Okay, bye.
04:39I'll see you all soon.
