00:00Mike, I do a show also in Philadelphia, and Kellen Moore was the O.C. there when you guys hired
00:06him.
00:06Obviously, they ended up winning a Super Bowl there with him as O.C.
00:10Have you been surprised by him and how he's been able to develop Tyler Shook?
00:15I mean, here was a kid that a lot of people didn't think highly of when he came out of
00:18college,
00:19and all of a sudden, here he is.
00:20I mean, he's like number two or three in passing in the National Football League, like you said,
00:25still with a lot of growing pains.
00:26But have you been surprised by the way Kellen's run the football team?
00:31Not really, because I think what he did was he surrounded Tyler with quarterbacks.
00:37Doug Nussmeier, Kellen Moore, Scott Linehan.
00:40I mean, they've got this, you know, room of quarterbacks to help him, and they didn't throw him out there,
00:47right?
00:47He did not start until the Rams game week nine, right?
00:52So he watched.
00:53He didn't go out there and just get beaten up.
00:56Poor Spencer Allard took the beating of that.
00:59So I think that helped a lot.
01:01And he's a mature kid already from an age standpoint.
01:04But he has taken control of this team.
01:08And Kellen's so even keel does not surprise me.
01:13He's got a kid with a lot of talent, and he's surrounded him with a lot of good coaching.
01:17And finally, they surrounded him with some players.
01:20He played the end of last year with really virtually not a lot.
01:24And so get Jordan Tyson back.
01:28I think that'll be a lot better.
01:29Get Travis H.
01:31But they've asked a lot of that young man.
01:33He's delivered with fourth quarter comebacks and game-winning drives.
01:37But they've asked a lot of him.
01:40But I'm not surprised by Kellen.
01:42They're all the same.
01:45You know, I saw them go in last year into Tampa Bay, Mike.
01:49They had nothing to play for.
01:51And they won that football game.
01:53That's when I knew they were heading in the right direction.
01:56Yeah.
01:57Tyler Shuck running the football.
01:58A Saints quarterback running the football.
02:00Just not as a, you know, running the football all the time.
02:03But just getting out and making something out of nothing.
02:07Got to have that tonight, too.
02:09Got to have that tonight, too.
