00:00One of the absolutely biggest stories over the weekend was the return of Aaron Donald.
00:05He is now coming out of retirement and joining the Los Angeles Rams.
00:10That Rams organization is by far the best organization in all of pro sports.
00:16Anytime you can get Stan Kroenke money and anytime that you can get folks to build this team the way
00:24that the Rams have with Les Snead and Kevin Demoff, it's just remarkable.
00:28It's the best sports program in all the world and you get Aaron Donald back on a $30 million deal
00:35up to and you're talking about one of the best three techniques in pro football history.
00:40Look, he's been out of ball for a little bit, but now you put him next to arguably the best
00:46pass rusher we've seen in pro football since Reggie White and Lawrence Taylor and he's interior and you can spot
00:54play him.
00:54Make no mistake about it. You look at what Aaron Donald can bring to your football team and on that
01:00side of the line you had Trent McDuffie the all pro corner from Kansas City on paper right now last
01:08day of August.
01:10There's no doubt the Los Angeles Rams go into the conversation of having the best roster in all of pro
01:16football.
01:17On top of that, you've got the reigning most valuable player in Matthew Stafford.
01:21You have arguably the greatest youngest player that we've seen since Don Shula when it comes to constructing offenses in
01:28Sean McVay.
01:29No question about it. This football team goes into 26 as the team to beat, but we all know this
01:37doesn't come down to how it looks.
01:39It comes down to how and how they play. Make no mistake about it. Every single level that team is
01:46ready to win a Super Bowl and they're pushing all their chimps in.
01:50I say this all the time about that organization in the last 11 years.
01:54One of the most remarkable things that the Rams do when it comes to drafting and constructing a roster.
02:00They've only used three first rounders in the last 11 years.
02:06They believe in star power. They believe in bringing in the best players and they've got the best coaches.
02:12You're in the city of Los Angeles. Nobody roots for seven and five.
02:16Nobody looks at teams that are OK. Take a look at USC and what USC looks like.
02:22They're OK and nobody shows up to the L.A. Coliseum.
02:25Well, the Rams this year, in my opinion, they've got it on paper.
02:30Now the payoff has to be in the fall.
