00:20They like shoddy coaches with discipline,

00:21which that team needs with the Cowboys.

00:23Kellen Moore is more of a reserve guy,

00:25very smart and cerebral,

00:26but for him, it's the command thing.

00:31That's a team that was kind of in disarray last season

00:33under Dennis Allen.

00:34Didn't end up well for Coach Allen,

00:36and Coach Allen's a tremendous defensive coach.

00:38He'll be with the Bears now.

00:39But Kellen's got a lot of work to do,

00:41but the cool thing is, though,

00:44you've got a team that needs him.

00:45They need to get that offense going,

00:47and he absolutely will be the Saints head coach.

00:49That's why they waited for him.
