00:00Thank you. Now, one thing I've experienced sometimes is when I speak to entrepreneurs, and of course, the packages are
00:08very expensive from 25k upwards. And sometimes they say, Oh, let me speak to my wife, or let me think
00:16about it, or send me the proposal, and I'll, you know, pay it straight away.
00:22And sometimes there's, you know, ghosting that happens after that. So I'm wondering, how do you make sure that especially
00:32when you have these super high packages, where people tend to have to consult with their wife? Or it could
00:39be also a very good excuse. How do you make sure that they actually sign on the call, and pay
00:47immediately, as opposed to thinking about it, and as opposed to consulting with their wife, or
00:51consulting with their dog, or
00:54Of course, I expect that on some. So you say I have to speak to my wife, of course, you
00:59have to speak to your wife. I'm not going to take that personal. But then I have been taught this.
01:04Okay, Lily, so you would like for me to send you some information, and I will do that. But once
01:09you see that my company and I are legit, I want that commitment from you, for a follow up phone
01:16call for an appointment for the contract for your wife to be there for an answer.
01:20If you're not going to ghost me on that, you want the email fine. I want to at least have
01:25a commitment from you after reading it, to move forward to that next step there, you can still do first
01:31downs before a touchdown.
01:32I mean, I'm not going to force you to sign that day. I mean, even myself would like to read
01:37about you first and think about it over the evening. And there's nothing wrong with pondering. You know, a lot
01:44of the deals are made if you if you put it out there, but not pressure, but then sell for
01:48time.
01:49And when I will call you back, some people may ghost you. Well, then you know why I tell you
01:54what, if you really want to look at the real play, somebody should be forthright with you in the beginning.
01:59It's great that you want to look at it. I want to research you. I'm interested. But if you say,
02:05well, when would be the most convenient time Thursday, 2pm, no problem. I at least want to know then where
02:12we stand. And if you have any questions before that, let me know.
02:15And so you've got your hot, your medium, and your cold, which is the three to six month touch. But
02:23then again, you know, it's it's either fear, or ego, or they've been hurt before. And you know, you can
02:32you can talk about some of these broken hearts. And I tell you what, unless you really do take certain
02:40risks in life, you'll never know what it's like to be on the big stage.
02:45And so, like when you watch the stock movies, like Boiler Room or Glen Gary, Glen Ross, or that was
02:52real estate, but you know, Boiler Room and things like that, and Wolf of Wall Street, what they do is
02:58a sense of urgency.
03:00And it depends really, if your product has a sense of urgency attached to it, fine. But if it's the
03:05kind of thing that will always be there, like a nice jacuzzi or a Porsche, you know, this guy can
03:10take his time.
03:12But if you only have so many seats, like your seminar, or once again, who knows where you're going to
03:18be in business, from now, you might miss the boat.
03:21So you can put that out there a little bit and give certain examples of back in the day, when
03:28you decided to stay home and not go to the dance, or you didn't train hard enough, and you didn't
03:33play well in athletics, or you didn't take advantage of certain things scholastically, and you didn't get the sort of
03:40results that you're looking for.
03:41And so, you know, maybe not everybody has a $25,000 experience and decision that they have to make. But
03:48you can talk about the things that they did in certain stages of life prior to that, you can even
03:53call them out.
