00:03Hello, it is Sunday the 6th of September and this is New South Wales weather update for the week
00:07ahead. It's a relatively stable week across much of the state. Main things coming up are some
00:12potential frost and fog across the mornings and a little bit of light rain with some onshore
00:16breeze. So let's get into it. Let's start off with our severe weather warnings. We have coastal wind
00:21warnings currently with some onshore breeze and we have a high fire risk up in the northern coastal
00:25regions of New South Wales as we had that very unseasonably warm start to spring. Now that fire
00:30risk reduces to moderate tomorrow which is this green as the cool change sort of comes back into
00:35place. So let's have a look through the rainfall for the week which is relatively stable as we're
00:40under the influence of high pressure along most of the days. So this is Sunday, Monday potential drizzle
00:45along the coast there. This actually I should say Monday where the placement of the mean sea level
00:52pressure isobarza. This is going to give you some southerly flow up into those regions where it's
00:57been quite warm. That's what's going to cool it off. Sorry, weather nerding there for you. This is
01:01Tuesday under the sort of stationary high over here. This is a little maybe, yeah, a little region of low
01:08pressure which is sort of driving a bit more of this coastal rainfall but it's really only a couple
01:13mills. So again, showers there. All right, Wednesday, similar story as for Thursday, Friday, Saturday
01:22and Sunday. So as you can see, pretty calm as they will for most of the week. Potentially a bit
01:27of
01:27weather if you're up there in the north coast but for the rest of the state, pretty easy breezy.
01:32Looking now at temperature, this is Wednesday morning just to show you that we've got very large expanses
01:37of New South Wales in that 5 to 10 degree sort of range and then up here in the Alpine
01:42region,
01:420 to 5 degrees. Really what this shows you and sort of these like big breaks in the isobars.
01:49So we've got some very calm, still weather. It's quite cold. You're likely to see frost or fog across
01:54you know, sort of big areas of New South Wales for multiple mornings across the week. What we're
02:00going to have a look now is at Armidale's forecast just to show you that there are some days maybe
02:05there's higher chance of frost and fog than others. So Monday, low of 1 degree, Tuesday 4, Wednesday 2,
02:11Thursday 5, Friday 4, Saturday 5, Sunday 2, Monday 1. So quite cool temperatures in the
02:17morning. But in the days, it's nice and sunny, clear, still stable weather. The spray conditions
02:23are pretty good for most of the week as well. So if you're planning to do doing any sort of
02:27irrigation or spraying, it's a pretty decent week for it. All right, that is it for New South Wales.
02:33As I said, a pretty good week of weather if you have any sort of work to do on the
02:38property,
02:38but it is drying out. And I think that's signature that we're going to see a lot for spring. So
02:44just
02:44something to be aware of there. Okay, stay safe. Have a great week and we'll see you next time.
