00:00The whole world is watching Iran, but few people have realized that all of this may be connected
00:07to an end-times prophecy, and, by all indications, Jesus is very close to returning.
00:13Protaches spreading across the country, heavy repression, deaths, arrests, internet being
00:19cut off, the regime under pressure like it hasn't been in a long time.
00:24The country is at such a high level of tension that it has become a daily topic in newspapers
00:29around the world.
00:30But in the midst of this popular revolution, something could happen that almost no one
00:35is thinking about.
00:36While most people are stuck on that question, whether the Iranian government will fall or
00:41not, then the possibility of Prince Reza Pahlavi emerged, the heir of the former regime returning
00:48to the spotlight.
00:49I'll show you what's currently happening in that country, and what this supposed return
00:54of the crown prince could change in Iran and the Middle East, and why this is drawing the
00:58attention of so many theologians and scholars of the book of Revelation.

01:19It all started at the end of 2025, when people went out into the streets and spread out across
01:25several cities.
01:26And to understand who the Iranians are protesting against, we have to understand how Iran works
01:32today.
01:32The country is an Islamic Republic, a theocratic model, which was established in 1979.
01:39And at the top of the pyramid is the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who has more
01:44power than any president, and he has the final say on security, justice and the direction
01:51of the country.
01:52That is, he is the dictator, and below him is the president, today, Masoud Peseshkyam.
01:59But he is not the one who holds the power in the Iranian model.
02:03He has some defined limits within this system, and it is against this corrupt and radical system
02:09of government that the people in the streets are reacting, because it's been a long time
02:14since life became too hard to bear.
02:16The people don't have food, medicine, fuel, the salaries are low, unemployment is very high,
02:23and it's not just in the economy.
02:25People protest because of government control, censorship, fear of speaking their minds,
02:30arrests, repression.
02:32And when the crisis gets worse, the regime usually restricts access to the internet and
02:37social networks to control information and make it harder for people to organize.
02:42And women have become a strong symbol of this resistance in various protests.
02:48They appear in images taking off their veils and burning them as an act of defiance against
02:53the government, which forbids them from showing their faces in public.
02:57And the regime's response has been very harsh, with thousands killed in these protests, including
03:03threats of public condemnation for these demonstrators.
03:06And when things reach this level, the discussion changes.
03:10It's no longer just about whether the regime will fall or not, but if it does fall, who will
03:15come to power?
03:16And this is where the past becomes relevant again.
03:19But to understand why this past still carries so much weight, let's see what Iran was like
03:24before 1979.
03:26And why all of this?
03:30Iran was a country aligned with the West, with open diplomatic relations, an economy connected
03:40to the rest of the world, and a political stance very far from the radical rhetoric that would
03:46come later.
03:47Tehran was a modern city.
03:49Universities were operating, women were out and about, there was no religious imposition
03:54by the state, and the press had more freedom, and a government that was pursuing a clear
03:59goal, to modernize the country and make it a great power in that region.
04:04And another interesting thing is that Iran and Israel had a direct relationship.
04:10There was cooperation, trade, and political dialogue.
04:14Iran was not a declared enemy of Israel, and that changed after the revolution.
04:19Now, that doesn't mean that Reza Bahlavi's regime was loved by everyone.
04:24There was concentration of power, political repression, social inequality, and a part of
04:30the population was deeply dissatisfied.
04:33The country was growing, but it wasn't growing equally for everyone.
04:36The thing is, at that moment, no one could imagine what would come next.
04:42The discontent demanded change, but the change took a different turn, and it's exactly here
04:47that the story gets turned upside down.
04:50Because in 1979, Iran didn't just change its government, it changed its model, its identity,
04:58and its organization.
04:59The country stopped being a monarchy, and started being ruled by a system in which religion
05:04and the state go hand in hand.
05:06And outside the country, Iran adopted a confrontational stance toward the west and an open hostility
05:13against Israel, which brought serious problems and a direct impact on the lives of the population.
05:19Over time, all of this caused a great deal of strain.
05:22A lot of people living in poverty, persecution of those who were against the regime, and a younger
05:28generation that no longer accepts the rules of this dictatorship.
05:32And the figure from the past that resurfaced in this conversation is Reza Pahlavi.
05:38He grew up with the expectation that one day he would be the successor to the Iranian monarchy.
05:43But he had to flee his homeland when his family was overthrown.
05:47And since then, he has lived outside Iran, without any official position and without control over
05:53the country.
05:54And over time, Reza Pahlavi settled in the United States, living for decades in an environment
06:00completely different from today's Iran.
06:03Another culture, another social reality, another kind of freedom, and another way of doing politics.
06:10This is important because many believe that with the new King Pahlavi, Iran could radically
06:15change sides, including in its relationship with Israel, ending the hostility between these
06:23two countries and resuming the diplomatic partnership that his father had with that nation.
06:28In other words, brothers, this could completely shift the balance in the Middle East.
06:33Because Iran is not a small country, it has regional influence, it has alliances, it has
06:39reach, and a change of stance in Iran would have a ripple effect.
06:43And this is where many start to connect it with the prophecy in the Bible.
06:47Not because politics saves the world, but because according to the word of God.
06:52Israel has a central role in the events.
06:55From the beginning to the end, Israel is at the center of what will happen until the return
07:01of Jesus.
07:03So when alliances are formed or broken around this nation, it always draws the attention of
07:08those who know the word.
07:10And another important point, the Bible calls that region of Iran Persia, and Persia does
07:17not appear in the scriptures as a declared enemy of Israel.
07:21On the contrary, at decisive moments, God used Persian kings to allow the restoration of the
07:27Jewish people.
07:28That's why, when the possibility arises of a Persian leader completely changing the country's
07:34stance and getting closer to Israel, those who understand the end times are already on alert.
07:39And it's in this context that the prophecy from 1 Thessalonians comes in.
07:44Chapter 5, verse 3, which says that when they say, now there is peace and security.
07:51Then, suddenly, a great destruction will come.
07:54In other words, when everyone thinks like this, now the world is going to get back on track,
07:59now everyone is going to start living in peace.
08:02That's when, brothers, we need to be more alert.
08:05Not because peace itself is wrong, but because this feeling of control and stability will create
08:12false comfort.
08:13And according to the Bible, that's when the Antichrist will come on the scene to rule
08:18the world.
08:19I know that right now, a lot of people are thinking, the current regime in Iran will
08:24fall and the crown prince will take over, possibly bringing about a supposed peace.
08:29But it's not that simple, because Iran today is not a monarchy, it's a theocratic republic,
08:34with a power structure, internal forces and competition.
08:38And real change would require a huge, complex transition supported by much more than just
08:44a name.
08:45And that's why we can't say anything for sure yet.
08:49What we need to do is observe the signs and know that true peace and justice will only
08:55happen under Jesus' reign, when He begins the millennial period.
09:00Christ Himself said that we would hear of wars and rumors of wars.
09:05And He already warned us, do not be afraid.
09:09On the contrary, when you notice all these signs, it's time to lift up your heads, because
09:14our redemption is near.
