00:00My brothers today's testimony is very powerful. I'm impressed to see what
00:05happened and you will also see how the spiritual world is no joke. You can't
00:11mess around with serious things. In fact no church wanted to be there. Look on
00:16Macumba Street. Get ready for this testimony but first I just want to tell
00:23you something that happened to me. It wasn't something someone told me but I
00:27witnessed it. I saw with my own eyes the spiritual world right in front of me
00:31when I had just converted. This happened back in 2002 and it had been a few months
00:37since I started going to a very simple little church that was right next to an
00:41Afro-Brazilian worship center. That's right. And then when the services started
00:46it was always the same thing. People would walk by the door and sometimes they
00:50would throw stones into the church during the service. Sometimes kids would ride
00:54by on their bikes and start making a mess, cursing, shouting, all to disrupt the
01:00service. So one day I decided to invite a friend of mine to go to this service. She
01:05was going through some struggles, a lot of oppression and I invited her like hey
01:09let's go to the service. The pastor is giving a really good message on Sundays
01:13and she decided to go with me. When? When? During the sermon brother, do you know what
01:18happened? This young woman manifested a demon. We know right that demonic possession
01:24is in the Bible. Jesus cast out demons from people and this young woman, she had a life
01:30far from the ways of the Lord and the devil possessed her. And do you know what
01:35happened then? The pastor went there and rebuked. The demon was cast out and she was
01:40set free. But at that same time, another young woman in the back of the service, in the back
01:45of the church. She became possessed as well and then the pastor went to this other young
01:50woman. And this friend of mine who had been invited by me and was sitting there in the
01:55chair, she had just been set free. Suddenly brothers, it happened again. The devil, he possessed
02:02her again and now this young woman started snorting like this. She lowered her head and started
02:09snorting and it was a terrible thing to see. At that moment, the pastor wasn't there to
02:16pray for her again. And who went there to pray for her? I had to go because the ladies
02:21who were near me were very scared. We stacked the chairs, those white plastic chairs, you
02:26know? We stacked them in the corners of the church and it was just me and this guest of
02:32mine who was now there huffing. She was really upset. At that moment, the old ladies told me,
02:39hey, go there, go there, pray for her. Brothers, I was scared to death. I just remember because I
02:47reached out my hands like this, you know, and I closed my eyes, which by the way, I don't
02:52recommend closing your eyes when praying for people who might be possessed because you could
02:56get hurt. The enemy, he's cunning, he wants to hurt people. In fact, the Bible says,
03:02in the book of Acts, about men who ended up hurt, ended up without clothes.
03:09Because the devil, he tried to destroy their lives. So at that moment, I closed my eyes,
03:15I didn't know any better and I reached out my hands and said, in the name of Jesus, come
03:20out of her. Brothers, at that moment, the devil rose up, right? He, that girl who was really
03:26strong like that. She came, came toward me and he started scratching my arms. At that moment,
03:32I panicked. I thought I was going to hurt much more. And then he started laughing.
03:38That's right, brothers. Look, I say this so you understand that the spiritual world is not a joke.
03:43He started laughing at me and he started saying, do you think I'm going to leave?
03:49I know about the trouble you caused at your school.
03:53Hmm, brothers, at that time, I wasn't really standing firm, you know. You know, when you're
03:58already given your life to Jesus, but you're kind of sitting on the fence. Well, that's how I was,
04:03brothers. And then he started saying things that only I knew. And I kept telling him to shut up,
04:09be quiet in the name of Jesus, shut up. But then he started saying, I know about the messes you're
04:15making at your school and I'm not leaving her. In short, I started to speak in the name of Jesus
04:23and the devil didn't leave until the pastor came again. Then, yes, he prayed and we prayed together
04:29and the girl was set free. I don't need to tell you that the next day I went to school
04:34praying.
04:35I kept saying, God protect me here at school. Brothers, overnight, God allowed that to happen
04:41to sanctify me. And then I repented of my sins. I asked God for forgiveness for all the wrong things
04:48I was doing at school, even though I already knew the word. So, I'm telling you this so you can

05:23years.

05:34Then his sister moved into that neighborhood where he wanted to bring the church.

05:48But this neighborhood was known as the Macumba neighborhood, brother.
05:52Things there were terrible.
05:54And on that street, there were several places where people had that habit.

06:03She called the president and said, President, didn't you want to come into the neighborhood?
06:07I bought a house there.

07:03And said that those who watch pornography have no authority to cast it out.
07:08He got beaten by the demon.

07:11And then nobody wanted to go to that neighborhood anymore.
