09:54The Midianites, who were enemies of the people of Israel, they were invading the lands of the Israelites and stealing
10:02all the crops.
10:03It was impressive.
10:05They were like locusts.
10:07If you read Judges, chapter 6, starting from the first verse, the Bible says exactly that.
10:13That the Midianites were like a plague of locusts.
10:16They would come, steal, everything, and leave the people discouraged.
10:21And this lasted seven years.
10:23It was seven years of oppression, where the people lived hidden in caves.
10:28It was a terrible time.
10:30And now, bringing this to the present day, have you noticed that this oppression has lasted for decades?

10:37Brothers, I remember that when I was a child, people were already speaking badly about politicians.
10:43People were already talking about injustice, about impunity.
10:47And today, at 43 years old, I realize that it's exactly the same way.
10:53And that's why we should reflect on something.

11:01need is to repent of our sins.

11:44Brothers, when there is repentance, when the Church of the Lord repents, when we start to cry out for the

11:52Because I believe that the problem in Brazil is spiritual.
11:56It's not in the physical world.
11:58It's no use just getting angry, wanting to take to the streets.
12:02Brothers, we need to humble ourselves before God.
12:05Because look, there's nothing else to be done except for God to step in.
12:10For God to bring justice.
