02:08We will pursue the expansion of the Abraham Accords into the Cyrus Accords, bringing together a free Iran, Israel, and

02:18A new chapter will begin, grounded in mutual recognition, sovereignty, and national interest.
02:28In energy, Iran holds some of the largest oil and gas reserves in the world.
02:35A free Iran will become a reliable energy supplier to the free world.

02:50In transparency and governance, Iran will adopt and enforce international standards.
02:58Money laundering will be confronted.
03:01Organized corruption will be dismantled.
03:05Public institutions will answer to the people.
03:10In the economy, Iran is one of the world's last great untapped markets.
03:17Our population is educated, modern, with a diaspora that connects it to the four corners of the world.
03:26A democratic Iran will open its economy to trade, investment, and innovation.
03:33And Iran will seek to invest in the world.
03:37Opportunity will replace isolation.
03:42This is not an abstract vision.
03:45It is a practical one, grounded in national interest, stability, and cooperation.
