One Nation has secured its first lower house seat in WA's parliament after defeating Labor in the Secret Harbour state by-election. Gym owner, Luke Herdegen conquered Labor's candidate Georgia Tree, with a supersized 19 per cent swing, stunning the major parties. The poll was dubbed a "litmus test" for One Nation, but Labor says it doesn't mean outer suburban Perth seats are up for grabs.
