"Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath."
- James 1:19
140lb & 230lb used on these BTB Pulls. If you're looking to improve your ability to move the bar more powerfully from ground to the Hips for Hack Lifts, Arthur Lifts, Continental Squats, or Kelly Snatches Behind the Back(BTB) Pulls can be a big help. Mainly, rip the bar up and over the Hips until the bar rest where your belt would be if you were wearing dress pants. After a certain point, you WILL have to bounce up and over your buttocks. A wider grip will b harder partly due to a lower start position. Still worth working, just know what yer gettin' yerself into. God Bless.
