Waiter's Style with a Hampton hundo, and it sure felt good...ESPECIALLY the second time around. You can see how l didn't need to squat under to before recovering on the 2nd round. Nice to finally feel like l have enough ROM to get these long arms locked out! Can't figure anything out when you quit, right? God Bless.
