"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."
- Romans 1:16
Right hand Push topped out w/80½lb(36½kg) while left got 75½lb(34¼kg). I am super thankful how much better these feel with the left. What's the difference between a Push and a Side Press? Well, it's seems the Push requires the legs to be straight and the heels within 12" of each other while a Side Press cam have the legs bent or bending during the lift. The more ya know right? If you want something to help stretch out the sides of the Hjps, Glute Medius, IT Band then, give these a go. God Bless.
