Five families in Tobago say they are out more than one hundred thousand dollars after paying a local travel agent for holidays that were never fully booked.

With travel plans disrupted and repeated attempts to get refunds and answers unsuccessful, the affected customers have reported the matter to police.

00:44to return more than thirty thousand dollars but that money has not been received in total another customer says more
00:53than thirty four thousand dollars is outstanding for incomplete travel arrangements involving his family he says he has since consulted

01:13matter is being handled through the appropriate channels the agency says it is cooperating with the relevant authorities and remains
01:21committed to resolving matters with those involved it says it will not comment publicly on individual bookings or specific circumstances
