00:00Let me make one thing very clear.
00:03I am not Daniel Andrews.
00:06I am not Jacinta Allen.
00:10I will do things differently
00:12because different times require a new approach.
00:17This election, only Labor can stop the risk
00:22of a Liberal One Nation government.
00:28But it is clear that on key issues that matter to Victorians,
00:33our government does need to go in a new direction.
00:38As Premier, I will deliver that new direction.
00:44That's why today we are saying enough is enough.
00:48In my government, integrity will not be optional.
00:55Whether in business, politics or the union movement,
01:01there will be zero tolerance for those that misuse their positions.
01:08That is why my first action as Premier
01:12will be to call a Royal Commission into the construction sector.
01:21We will also immediately establish a special prosecutor
01:27that will work in parallel with the Royal Commission.
01:34And we will strengthen IBAC,
01:37giving them the follow-the-money powers
01:41now, this term, not in 2027.
01:47I'll have more to say on this in coming days.
