00:05I live in a one-bedroom apartment in the Bronx and I pay $3,000 a month.
00:09So the entryway and the kitchen are kind of interconnected
00:12and also has like an open space to the living room area.
00:16I kind of really like the separation it has
00:18since I kind of have a built-in bar and can put parcels there to eat and stuff.
00:22My bedroom is off of the living room area.
00:25I am such a firm believer that no matter what type of budget you're working with,
00:28you can make your apartment as expressive as you want it to be.
00:33So especially in a lot of my personal content,
00:34I try to make my DIYs and ideas as accessible as possible.
00:39Like those lemon mirrors in my kitchen, I feel like were such a fun little touch.
00:43Or even the different toast decals that I also made myself.
00:46But I've also loved all the renter-friendly things I've done as well
00:50that have been more DIY vibes, like adding contact paper to my kitchen cabinets
00:54and my bar, to peel-and-stick wallpaper everywhere.
