00:00Hey everyone! Today I'll be showing you how I do this hairstyle. It is perfect for
00:05the summer. We've got a couple of weeks left, so this is gonna be great for any
00:08summer activities you've got planned. So let's get started.
00:14Make sure you put heat protectant onto your hair, and I've already done that, so
00:18I'm just going to start off by sectioning off my hair. So once you have sectioned
00:24off the first half of your hair, you're gonna get a curling iron. I'm using dry
00:29bars three-day bender in the 1.25 inch barrel. So I'm just gonna put it on the
00:35clamp, and then I'm gonna rotate this guy. I'm gonna hold it for like three seconds
00:39and then let it go. And then just hold your curl in the palm of your hand.
00:45That's very important because that's what's gonna keep your curl in place.
00:49Once you've finished the first section of your hair, grab a hairspray. I am using
00:53Living Proof's Flex Shaping Hairspray, and this one's really good because it holds
00:58the curl quite well, and it smells super good.
01:05The front two curls that are gonna frame your face are the most important. So when
01:11you're gonna curl them, make sure that you hold and cut the curl a little bit
01:16longer than normal. So maybe I would hold it for a good 15 seconds. Yeah, as you can
01:21see, these curls are very bouncy, which is nice. So now that we've finished these curls,
01:26I'm just gonna seal it in with the Flexible Hairspray again. So now that we
01:33have finished curling this look, I'm gonna add a little pigtail onto the side of my
01:38head. So grab maybe an inch away from your face, and then with a very small
01:46elastic, such as this one, I'm going to tie that up. And once you've secured the other
01:52one, you're almost done. All you have to do is add these really cute hair
01:57accessories. So if you want even more volume, add this spray. This is Triple Sec
02:03by Drybar, and it just makes a huge difference. Because as you can see, this
02:07side is a lot more voluminous than this side. If you want to add any hair oils so
02:13you can polish up the ends, just grab a little bit, rub it into the palm of your
02:17hands, and then just gently comb. Alright, so this is the finished look. It's very
02:23easy to do. It's something very simple, but it just instantly transforms your look
02:27into something very super feminine, and very girly, and I love it. If you enjoyed
