00:57This color, first and foremost, is beautiful.

04:37So, my takeaway from this is that least expensive doesn't always mean less quality.
04:44That Milani was less than $10, and I really like the color payoff.
04:51My final thoughts are if you have the money to spend on higher end, do it.
04:59But if you don't have that, you don't have to suffer either.
