02:29Now, they've got some unorthodox ways of getting there, particularly on the offensive side of the football.
02:33But they have – the depth guys, like they ultimately landed on Titus Howard and Trent Brown last year instead

02:41That eventually worked.
02:42I don't know what the hell took them so long to get there, but it worked.
02:45I mean, hell, his predecessor hired a defensive coordinator as an OC.
02:49So, I mean, who – what is rotating left guard?
02:51So, yeah, I mean, look, D'Amico and Nick have done a really, really, really good job to date.
02:57The one wart with Nick Casario has been the inability to figure out this offensive line.
03:01The one wart with D'Amico Rhines is the inability to figure out the play caller.
03:05And one guy should be more responsible for hiring coaches.
03:08One guy should be more responsible for building the roster.
03:10Either way it goes, they're joined at the hip.
03:13Those two things have been a major –
03:15The problem with those two things is who those two things are directly connected to.

03:49had a quarterback that was playing at an MVP level.
03:52Before he knew his tail from a hole in the ground, he – in the NFL,
03:56he was playing at a Pro Bowl, All-Pro MVP level.
04:02And since then, that player that you're responsible for,
04:07the better he got to know you, the better you got to know him,
04:09the more decisions you all made together, that particular play has backslid and struggled.
04:14There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
04:17So, I mean, it's – at some point in time there's going to be a –
04:22whether it's the quarterback situation and the offense kept you from winning a Super Bowl, D'Amico,
04:28or it's what the hell – how did CJ Stroud regress the way that he's regressed?
04:34How did we go from a guy that you would have paid him a 10-year contract after his rookie

04:39go to, oh, we want to see one more year before we possibly extend you?
