00:00I cannot relate to one aspect of a normal childhood. We were not allowed to have access
00:04to the outside world unless we were out on the streets raising money for this cult. There was
00:09this practice called flirty fishing where grown adult women basically themselves in the name of
00:14Jesus in order to share God's love and collect donations. I actually didn't realize I was
00:19until I was 30 years old when I started combating this issue and I was like, oh that's what it
00:24was.
00:24My oldest sibling, Davida Kelly, she escaped pretty young. I believe she was in Russia at
00:29the time and I'm not here to tell her story but I am going to acknowledge the fact that
00:33very few people like her were able to escape much earlier on and while they didn't have any safety
00:38net or any options outside the cult on how to survive, they did what they knew how to do.
00:43They survived in ways they could but they also fought for us and as you might not be surprised
00:48to hear, the cult considered them enemies of the cult. When I was probably around five years old,
00:54my mother's job then became. She was in charge of the entire continent of South America.
00:59Her literal job was to excommunicate. My mother was literally traveling around the continent of
01:05South America, hundreds of cult compounds, excommunicating. Like that was her full-time job.
