00:00You know, I want to go into the NFL now and talk about quarterbacking here with you.
00:04And, you know, one of the biggest and most commonly, like, talked about quarterbacks is Jalen Hurts.
00:11You know, you really just don't know he's not that great from the pocket.
00:16You know, I mean, you see some of the deficiencies he has on not being able to throw across the
00:21middle of the field.
00:22And yet, I roll back to the most important thing.
00:25He's 50 and 18 in the last four years.
00:27I mean, he's been to two Super Bowls.
00:31Who is he, Warren?
00:32Who is Jalen Hurts?
00:35He's a winning quarterback.
00:36Basically, that's what he is.
00:38He's not a guy that you're going to rely on to win football games with his arm each and every
00:43week and overpower people with his arm and accuracy.
00:46But he's a guy that knows how to make winning plays.
00:49You know, that started out at Alabama.
00:52You know, they had great talent around him at Alabama.
00:54And he just made winning plays at Alabama.
00:56And they won a lot of football games.
00:58Goes on to Oklahoma.
01:00Same thing.
01:01A lot of really good football players in that organization.
01:05And, you know, he made a lot of winning plays there for the year that he was there.
01:10And he's done the same thing since he's been in Philadelphia.
01:13So, you kind of have to know what you get when you get Jalen Hurts.
01:18But I would rather have the winning part of who he is than anything else.
01:22I don't think just because you're a flashy passer doesn't mean you're going to be a great quarterback in the
01:28National Football League.
01:29So, he's taken his strengths and added them to the strengths of the Philadelphia Eagles organization.
01:35I think their general manager and coach have done a great job of putting the type of talent around him
01:41that he needs to be successful.
01:43And they've made it work over the last five or six years since he's been there.
01:48So, Josh Allen or Patrick Mahomes, if you had to pick a quarterback right now to start your football team
01:56between those two men, who would you take?
02:00Wow.
02:01I mean, that's a really tough question because, you know, Patrick has had the most of – wow, that's a
02:09good one.
02:10That's a good one.
02:11The only weakness I see is Patrick's coming off of an ACL, and you don't know how he's going to
02:17come off that injury.
02:21I don't know.
02:22That's a tough one because of the success that he's had and everything.
02:27How do you go against him?
02:29But, you know, they're both 30 years old.
02:31They both kind of come in the league at the same time.
02:34It's really a tough one.
02:35I don't know.
02:36I don't know how to pick that one, Danny.
02:38Yeah.
