00:09So this is a really good example.
00:11This is just a local old guy and whenever he drives his car,
00:15he has his stickers on the side there, magnetic stickers on the side saying patrol.
00:21And his blue light flashing on the top and he's just going shopping
00:24or going to see his friends, whatever he's going to do.
00:26But he always has that going.
00:28So it's sort of like Neighbourhood Watch on Wheels is sort of what it is.
00:33So it makes us all feel safer.
