A variation l came up with ~15 years ago to better stretch deep into the Sacral area. Though l've done the standard Zercher Deadlift from the floor, this style always felt like a better stretch. This is the same ~253lb(115kg) l used this morning involving Strong Barbell 102,5lb plates in a 1980s York Power Bar. Lotsa good going on here. God Bless.
