On the track, Trinidad and Tobago's athletes put in commendable performances competing at the Barbados Grand Prix on the weekend. Omari Lewis starred by winning the 100 meters while Leah Bertrand and Michelle Lee Ahye grabbed top three spots in the women's 100 and 200 meter races.
