00:00Hey guys, so we're in a very isolated part of northern Hokkaido driving on a little road in the middle
00:06of nowhere and we spotted this
00:11No idea how this came to be here, but it is
00:16So very cool, so I had to stop now look at this course
00:24So there are a few fairly serious bases in Hokkaido as we've shown you already
00:30So guessing this is probably based there by judging by a couple of things that are written on here
00:46Pretty cool, I don't check this out
00:50So Hokkaido Cheeto say Cheeto says the airport that we flew into in southern Hokkaido
01:00So there's that
01:05Seems to be in pretty original condition too a lot of equipment still inside
01:13Guessing they took the explosives out of the ejection seat
01:20And any sensitive electronics that were in there
01:23But other than that flight controls and everything still seem to be there

01:38So this just lives out in the weather and it'll be covered in meters of snow in winter
01:44So this would have taken some moving as well because there's no train lines around here at all
01:49So they've obviously brought this thing up on a truck or something
01:53However, you transport a big steam locomotive like that
02:02This is in a pretty amazing condition as well
02:04The controls all moved which is surprising
02:09Got in there and had a bit of a play around with the controls and they all seem to move
02:19So they've done a pretty good job of preserving both these machines
02:24Look at that
02:26Very good condition
02:30Which is amazing considering half its life it would be covered in loads of snow and ice
02:38Yeah, great condition all the gauges all those controls move
02:46Beautiful so yeah, it was an unusual little stop on the side of the road
