00:00There's been a fart off going on in this bus and I'm not happy about it.
00:03And here it is where no magic at all happens except me and Todd sleeping together.
00:39Hello, come on in.
00:41Tim Montana here.
00:42We're on tour with Alter Bridge and Filter.
00:44Today we're in Chicago promoting my new single, Break Me Down.
00:48Just hit top 25 at Rock Radio.
00:52This is what we travel in.
00:53This is a 2026 Integra Accolade XL.
00:57This is the driver's seat, guys.
00:58I do all of the driving.
01:00I pride myself in my music and some of my skills I have.
01:03But my favorite skill is I went to bus driving school and I have a CDL.
01:06So I drive.
01:08I have a rule of like usually after midnight I do require a co-driver.
01:12I don't burn myself out.
01:13I adhere to the hours of CDL driving.
01:16But just in case to have extra eyes on the highway.
01:18Also another tip is you have your iPhone map here.
01:22But your height and weight restriction, especially when you're on the East Coast,
01:24you can get into a lot of trouble because Apple Maps and Google Maps do not let you input your
01:29vehicle size, length, or weight.
01:31The Garmin Trucker app does.
01:33So make sure that I don't go under those low bridges because I've seen those YouTube videos.
01:37And I will not participate in one of those.
01:39You got an air horn here, your highway horn.
01:41You got your regular horn.
01:42This is what we consider a very horny coach.
01:45And yeah, so I spend a lot of time here.
01:47I keep my backup camera on 24-7 so I can always see my trailer.
01:52I can monitor everything behind me, making my passes.
01:54I really pride myself in smooth driving, smooth acceleration, smooth braking.
02:00You know, smooth is fast when you're going down the highway.
02:02And you just want to just have a consistent tempo and rhythm to your driving.
02:06And yeah, we listen to a lot of audiobooks up here, a lot of music.
02:09But I do listen to primarily audiobooks, podcasts, stuff like that.
02:13So guys, we sleep seven people on this coach.
02:17And seven's pretty comfortable.
02:18Todd and I share a bed.
02:19Everybody else has their own individual bed.
02:22You could do eight if you were pushing it.
02:24This bed is big enough up here.
02:25This is Kyle Reif, our guitar player spot.
02:28But he has to share his bed with band storage.
02:31Let's see what's going on up here.
02:34Oh, the poor guy.
02:35The poor guy, dude.
02:37Yeah, so he has to move all that around.
02:39He could actually be in there right now asleep.
02:42Kyle, are you there?
02:43Got acoustic guitars for morning shows.
02:46We do a lot of radio.
02:47You got to have Febreze.
02:50There's been a fart off going on in this bus, and I'm not happy about it.
02:53And I'm not in first, second, or third place.
02:56The guy that sleeps up here is in first, second, and third place.
02:59And then for reading, of course, you've got to have your current news.
03:05Oh, some interesting stuff in there.
03:10And then, good God, Sarah Lee, 59 cents for a cheesecake.
03:16Over here, we have more sleeping.
03:17This is your dinette, but this folds down.
03:19This table goes here flush, and then some cushions come out of Kyle Reif's fart bunk to make a bed
03:24here.
03:25This is where Jackson, the bass player, sleeps because he's, I think, one of the shorter guys in the band.
03:29So he sleeps like that.
03:31Our merch guy, Drew, sleeps here.
03:33This actually pulls out, and it's a spring as well as air mattress.
03:39And this is arguably one of the comfier beds on the coach.
03:42But you have to have the slides out to do it.
03:45So the trick is, this bed's great to sleep on, but you can't sleep on the full extended bed while
03:50we're moving down the highway.
03:51So you have to stop, pop the slides.
03:53There are three slides on this coach.
03:55You've got that slide, this slide, and the master slide.
03:57But he has to sleep on the couch until the vehicle is stopped and the jacks are down.
04:01And then he can sleep in his comfy bed.
04:03Got a great entertainment center here.
04:06There's a subwoofer, actually, over there for movie night.
04:08We do watch a good amount of movies when we're staying at the KOA.
04:11I'm a sucker for Western films.
04:13I've appeared in five or six small roles in huge films that I love.
04:18So I'm always watching Western cowboy stuff.
04:20I'm fascinated with the American West.
04:22I live in Montana in an old 1800s bar and lodge.
04:26So I literally live in the Old West.
04:28And when I'm not there, I'm watching the Old West.
04:30And then you have your little electric fireplace here for Enviance.
04:34And that actually kicks out a good amount of heat.
04:37Interesting thing about this coach, 2026 Accolade XL, they deleted all the propane,
04:42which I appreciate because that's just one less thing I have to pick up
04:46and one other issue that you could have if you smell propane gas.
04:50This is all electric.
04:51So the generator powers the heater.
04:53The heated floors, folks, heated floors on this coach.
04:56Find me one of these rock stars with heated floors.
04:58I'll wait.
05:00Didn't think so.
05:01Anywho, we're moving on.
05:02All right, guys.
05:03Our kitchenette area.
05:04This kitchen is actually nicer than my kitchen at home.
05:07However, you can cook here.
05:09I have pans for it, but we don't.
05:12Because if you have seven guys on board, my rule is,
05:15if one person does something, times it by seven, could that create a problem?
05:19If seven guys cook bacon in here, could there be a problem?
05:23And the answer is yes.
05:24So we do rolls, sandwiches, stuff like that.
05:28The microwave is great.
05:29It kind of doubles as a little convection oven.
05:31They can use that.
05:32But I don't want grease and a mess over here.
05:34I don't know if you've ever stayed with musicians.
05:36They're much like pirates, not the cleanest guys on earth.
05:39We keep these guys tip top though.
05:41But yeah, so we don't do a lot of cooking on the burner top.
05:43We do our cooking here.
05:44We have a lot of meats and sandwiches and rolls and stuff like that.
05:47And then here's kind of our prep area.
05:50The guys will start throwing things here.
05:52And that's when Daddy Tim jumps all over.
05:54And we do not store things here in our food area, folks.
05:57Food safety first, right?
05:59Got a great sink.
06:00And one of my favorite guys, the Nespresso.
06:04If you're not having like nine to 11 cups a day, are you even doing it right?
06:08I drink a ton of coffee.
06:10I'm just a very hyperactive guy.
06:12I run several businesses.
06:13I drive the bus.
06:14I have the band, all that stuff.
06:16So I need a lot of energy and caffeine is my thing.
06:18Let's take a look in the cabinets.
06:21Wow, not very organized.
06:23These for the end of the night.
06:25Live off those.
06:27I got to give you guys one of our all-access passes.
06:30There you go.
06:32I promise it was cold out that day.
06:37Flashlights.
06:38What else we got up here?
06:39Coffee cups.
06:41Stuff like that.
06:42Bananas.
06:43You know, everyone on here tries to eat pretty healthy.
06:45It's kind of our thing.
06:46A lot of us are keto.
06:47I'm always like keto.
06:48Falling on and off the wagon.
06:50Stuff like that.
06:50So, but should we take a look in the fridge?
06:55Reminder of home.
06:56406.
06:57The area code of the great state of Montana.
07:00Established 1889.
07:01And then my favorite 3777.
07:03The mark of the vigilantes.
07:05Our first form of law.
07:07Just law enforcement in the state of Montana.
07:09Where the town folks got together and hung the sheriff and the deputies in the 1800s because
07:13they were actually criminals.
07:15To this day, the Montana Highway Patrol still has that number on their badge.
07:19No one knows exactly what it means because they were that top secret when they murdered the
07:24sheriff and all the deputies.
07:25But that, if you saw that above your door about 1865, that meant you had 24 hours to leave
07:30the Montana territory or hang.
07:34Here we go.
07:36Got some rotisserie chicken.
07:38We got some triple zero.
07:41Triple zero, folks.
07:43Yogurt.
07:44I couldn't even remember what it was called.
07:46Some veggies, stuff like that.
07:48The only Coke that we're doing nowadays is typically diet.
07:51Hey now.
07:53Some chicken, stuff like that.
07:55We drink more liquid death than I think anyone on planet Earth.
07:58There's one or two guys that drink beers.
08:00Merch guy Drew.
08:01He'll drink at least a baker's dozen a night after the work's done.
08:04And it's really funny and entertaining.
08:06I encourage people that have had a few cocktails to get in the passenger seat to just keep me
08:10laughing while I'm driving.
08:11It's really funny.
08:12And you know, when you're 41, you need your little eye things.
08:15To put under your eyes here to get rid of those eye bags.
08:17I have four kids and I rarely sleep.
08:19So I need to keep my eyes looking pretty for interviews and bus takeovers, of course.
08:23Down here, look at that meat and cheese setup.
08:27You want a sandwich?
08:28You want a roll?
08:28What do you want?
08:29We got it, man.
08:32More veggies.
08:35Stuff for sandwiches.
08:36Love my Jocko protein shakes.
08:38Keto, by the way.
08:40That's the fridge setup.
08:41Let's look in the freezer.
08:46Reeses.
08:47The boys for a couple of nice nights.
08:49A little slow and low, right?
08:51Some pre-ready to go sandwiches.
08:54You just nuke those.
08:55So it's all about ease.
08:57And you always got your locks on the road.
08:59So when I take a corner, the fridge doesn't open up.
09:02It hasn't happened because I drive smooth.
09:03Because what did I say up there?
09:04Smooth is fast and fast is smooth.
09:07Yep, you got filtered water here.
09:09Ice maker.
09:09Yeah, that's the fridge.
09:11Guys, here's the bathroom.
09:12Number one rule on the road.
09:14No number twos on the coach.
09:16We'll pull over.
09:18Keep this nice and clean.
09:21My only ego thing that I do, guys.
09:24My only ego thing is I'm like, okay, I'll load up.
09:26I'm the most hands-on lead singer you've ever met.
09:29But my one thing that I do that I don't let the other guys do is I shower in here.
09:33Because I'm like, all right, I'm driving until 3 in the morning while you guys are sleeping.
09:37So I'm going to sleep down to the last minute.
09:40And then I have my little personal shower.
09:41Now, Todd's allowed to go in there.
09:43We had a little hiccup the other day.
09:44And he's allowed to go.
09:45But if, again, times that by 7, if you had 7 dudes showering in this coach, it'd be a mess,
09:50right?
09:50So I'm a very clean freak type of guy.
09:52So I'm the one that showers here in the morning.
09:54It's actually, again, I like the shower better than my shower at home.
09:57The water is so hot.
09:59It's on demand.
09:59Thank you, Integra Coach.
10:01What do we got up here?
10:01Medicine cabinets.
10:03A little squash soap.
10:05Some deodorant.
10:06I live off a lethal dose of ibuprofen every day, you know?
10:10Good for the throat.
10:11Good for the back.
10:13Not a lot down here.
10:14Your tabs, right?
10:15So every night, dump the black tank.
10:18Dump the gray tank.
10:19Rinse it out.
10:19Or every morning before we launch.
10:21We have a pre-launch ritual that is pretty serious where I walk around, check every bay.
10:25Check every door.
10:27Make sure the jacks are up.
10:28Make sure the tires are aired.
10:30Then we dump the black tank.
10:31Gray tank second to flush any of that odor out.
10:34Backfill this with a little bit of water.
10:36Drop one of these.
10:37And it smells good all day.
10:38And we do this same regimen every day across America.
10:41We never miss it because a clean bus is a happy bus.
10:43All right, here's the bunks, guys.
10:45This, again, is part of the slide system, the curbside slides.
10:48So up here, you have Kyle Law, the drummer, and Tommy Franks, the sound guy.
10:54Pretty clean.
10:55They're tight little bunks, but it works for them.
10:57The only issue is these guys snore.
10:59It sounds like World War II in this bus at night, and it's rough.
11:03And so last night, the bass player was up until 5 in the morning.
11:07And once I get to sleep, I'm good.
11:09I don't wake up from the snoring, but other guys do.
11:11And I can hear, I do wake up from someone yelling,
11:13Stop effing snoring!
11:16So that's the one thing.
11:18So today, these two made a pact that they're going to go get some nose strips
11:21so that the rest of the guys could sleep.
11:23Because, again, seven dudes were day 11 or 12 out of 31.
11:27So 31 nights, seven men will sleep on this coach.
11:33One of my favorite features on the road, stackable washer and dryer.
11:38So I pretty much keep my clothes clean, I'd say, every two days
11:43because I don't want to haul around dirty clothes.
11:45So if you see me on stage in the same clothes every day,
11:47I promise I don't stink.
11:48I've just washed them all the time.
11:51Then we've got a rear TV.
11:53This is kind of cool because I can either mirror what's on the front TV
11:56or I can watch my own programming back here.
11:58If I put an Xbox in here, I don't play video games, but hypothetical.
12:01If I did play video games, I could run my video games here.
12:05I've got separate HDMI ports.
12:07We also have an exterior TV where you can do movie night outside
12:10at the KOA, dude, Campgrounds of America, based in Billings, Montana.
12:16Some closets here, some overflow storage.
12:20That's a nice John Varavatos jacket.
12:23That's a nice jacket.
12:24Who made that one?
12:25That's a cool one, Idol Maker.
12:27Got some pretty cool stuff here.
12:29Oh, dude, Butcher Apparel.
12:31Look at that.
12:31That's one of my favorites.
12:32This guy hand makes these for me in India.
12:35The Butcher Apparel.
12:37Look at that.
12:37That's been war, dude.
12:38Sweat marks.
12:40Then we've got our band printer in here.
12:42We've got our set list.
12:44We just got off the summer of 99 cruise with Creed, Daughtry, Collective Soul, and more.
12:52I was kind of sad on the cruise because they wouldn't let me bring my motor home.
12:56Tried to negotiate it in the contract.
12:58Didn't work out.
12:58And here it is where no magic at all happens except me and Todd sleeping together.
13:05Now, there's been a couple farce back here.
13:10It gets awkward fast when that happens, you know.
13:13It's just kind of code of conduct, like not, you know, what do they call it?
13:17What do you call it, Todd, when you fart under the sheets?
13:20Covered wagon.
13:21Yeah.
13:22Try not to covered wagon your buddy, right?
13:25That's rude.
13:26So, you know, we try to keep the windows cracked and this and that, you know.
13:29But, yeah, so far so good.
13:31I've got a pretty bad back.
13:32So, I put a little special back thing on top of it.
13:36But, it's pretty cool.
13:37It folds up and down.
13:40So, I can roll it up.
13:43And then, so when you're going down the highway, the guys, that slides in right about here to
13:47the foot of the bed.
13:48But, the guys can watch the TV when I'm ripping down the highway.
13:51And so, they've got a spot to hang out.
13:53And I just asked them not to drool on my pillow.
13:55We did have an issue because Todd and I didn't mark striped pillow or non-striped pillow.
14:01And we started switching them.
14:02And I was like, ooh, I'm, you know, kind of a germaphobe.
14:05So, I was like, Todd, we got some issues.
14:06Not to worry.
14:07We have a stackable washer and dryer.
14:08We solved it real quick.
14:09I'm the striped guy.
14:11He's the nose stripes.
14:13This is called Chirp.
14:14And this thing is a spinal decompressor.
14:18So, this thing rolls up and down your spine.
14:20I've been sold a lot of gizmos and gadgets and heard about things for your spine.
14:25I've got two discs that are crushed in my lower back, which sucks for me being a driver and a
14:28lead singer that's headbanging all the time.
14:30I earned it because it was back in my partying days, crashing motorcycles.
14:33I went through a windshield on a Harley Davidson when I was 19 years old.
14:36I've done some really questionable things and glad I'm still alive.
14:40But this thing helps out, massages my neck, decompresses my spine.
14:43So, we hook this up every night after we stop driving so that I can get my back right before
14:48I go to bed.
14:48My motto is never leave home without home.
14:51Thanks for checking out my home.
14:52Our time has come to an end.
14:54Check out my record.
14:55The entire state of Tim, Montana.
14:57Come see us on tour.
14:59If I'm not on tour, I'm at the world-famous Wise River Club, the bar in Montana that me and
15:03Billy Gibbons own.
15:04I appreciate you guys, but please get out of my coach.
15:07more than him.
15:07Let me get out of yourangehall for your watch.
15:21Let me get out of your voice.
15:23Let me get out of your recording.
15:26Let me get out of your audience.
15:26Let me get out of your voice.
15:30Let me get out of your voice.
15:39You
