00:33We are the Rare Occasions. We're on the Why Not Tour, 2026. And this is our band that we've been
00:40rolling with.
00:41This is the cockpit. This is where the driver makes their playlist. They listen to some tunes.
00:49And usually we have a co-pilot who's sitting here kind of making sure the driver's, you know, paying attention.
00:56Within legal limits. Yeah. Something our merch seller that she's been doing a good job of is having everyone say
01:04an album that we're going to listen to on our, you know, three to seven hour drives.
01:10So that's nice. We're all learning some wide range of music, which is cool.
01:15It's important when you're touring, everybody stay healthy. So we got the Purell here.
01:19Yep. Um, it's important to have a squirt top so you can just, and if somebody needs to squirt, if
01:26they're in the back of the band, they just yell squirt and then you send it back.
01:29Well, sometimes what we do, sometimes we do a long distance shot.
01:32Yep. Yep. You got to go with the assist there.
01:34Yep. Uh, we got a first aid kit for first aid. Uh, I've used about half of this thing in
01:40the last couple of days.
01:41Cause I've cut my nail, gotten a blister and, uh, Mike, uh, Stan came crashing down on my finger and,
01:50uh, pinched it.
01:52So I've used a bunch of our, uh, our stuff there. So good thing we have that. We're staying above
01:57code.
01:57Everything is legal here. Um, we have Bucky's, uh, hat.
02:03I got that for a loved one back home and everyone saw it in the, in the van. And, and
02:12I think like two or three people got the same exact one.
02:15Um, so I hate to say, but might be a trendsetter. Not sure.
02:19How many Bucky stocks have we made in this run so far?
02:23You and I, we've done four. We did four. We've done four. We've been, this is our fourth show, but
02:28Brian and I, we drove, uh, five days out from LA to the East coast.
02:32And we stopped at Amarillo, Texas Bucky's and, uh, and then our crew is obsessed with Bucky's.
02:39So we then made three stops daily, uh, in a row. So we're, we've, we've gotten our fill of beaver
02:48nuggets.
02:48I think we're done with Bucky's now for the rest of the tour.
02:50Yeah, I'm okay with that.
02:51Um, we do have some fan art here. So, uh, sometimes our, uh, show attendees, they give us little trinkets.
02:58This one, uh, says my birthday may be in a few days, but I'm not retiring.
03:03This is a reference to our song, an actuary retires.
03:06Uh, and they've drawn the album art there. That's an actuary.
03:09He's about to retire, but nobody's at his party. He's kind of, he's kind of sad.
03:13Um, so we love the fan art. We keep it around the van.
03:17Um, hello, this is the, um, passenger area of our van. Um, we usually have a few rows designated for
03:27different purposes.
03:28So this front row is the person who's maybe not the co-pilot, but they're still awake.
03:34They're kind of paying attention. Maybe they're doing, uh, social media or they're, they're doing some, uh, business for the
03:40band.
03:40Um, and supportive, supportive role.
03:42We always keep water stuff that we got, uh, from the venues. Uh, we keep them in the front row.
03:49So we got some apples here, oranges, bananas, um, uh, pita, pita bread.
03:56Um, nothing stays here for more than two days after two days done.
04:01That's the goal.

04:04Chicken dinners get stuck in the van for a week and a half.
04:07And then we find out, uh, that was, that's why we have the rule now.
04:11Yeah.
04:11We don't bring leftovers from the green room that could get stinky really fast.
04:15So like, uh, we usually have like healthy snacks, like, uh, tomatoes, carrots, uh, celery, uh, with dip, like ranch
04:23sauce.
04:23That never comes to the van because it, the whole van just reeks of ranch or celery.
04:29All right. Yeah. So besides the green room snacks, um, sometimes we grab a snack, uh, along the road.
04:34I'm a goldfish guy, like flavor blasted goldfish, especially.
04:39Um, sometime I'll partake in some Doritos, the cool ranch Doritos.
04:43Uh, and, uh, we're, we're all in the snack club here.
04:48If you're in the snack club, you know what I'm talking about.
04:50Something I'm finding myself munching on more these days is, uh, is a nice, um, selection of, of watermelon.
04:58Uh, it's, it's sweet. Uh, it has a nice texture and it, it keeps me hydrated so that I feel
05:07ready for the day's activity.
05:08So I, I've really find myself looking forward to a nice serving of, uh, watermelon.
05:14If I'm not driving, I do love this seat.
05:17Um, I just like being part of the action at all times, but, um, if I'm not in this seat,
05:24uh, sometimes, um, we have the very back row we refer to as the nap row.
05:30Sometimes we'll put like a box of vinyl in that gap between the chairs there so that if somebody needs
05:36to lay down, they can go ahead and lay down.
05:38It's important to buckle in if we're driving, even if you're laying down and, uh, this middle row is, that's
05:47kind of your alternative nap row or, or bunk, bunk area for, for multiple people if necessary.
05:57Uh, also it's the gaming row.
06:00The gamers tend to crowd to this row, which I think is important for max XP.
06:06If I'm not performing the heroic duties of driving, um, I'll usually be in here, um, slaying zombies, Resident Evil
06:17remake.
06:18We have the trash bag.
06:19So, um, if you have generated trash, which everybody does, you know, you picked up a coffee, whatever.
06:26Um, once it's empty, uh, the rule is you put it in the trash bag and then, um, if we
06:33make a stop at a gas station, sometimes we'll empty the trash bag.
06:36Especially if it starts to smell, can't have that.
06:38This is the back door.
06:40Um, behind the nap row, that's where we keep our personal bags.
06:47So, um, these bags are mostly filled with clothes.
06:49As far as we know, maybe laptops, things of that nature.
06:53Um, we also have just kind of a wall of vinyl records under these bags.
06:58And hopefully by the end of the tour, those won't be there.
07:00But right now we just started.
07:02So we've got a lot of vinyl records just, uh, filling up space.
