00:00Now live to La Guayra with our colleague Liz Guillermo
00:03who will tell us a bit more about what's going on there.
00:08There's a multi-dimensional situation going on.
00:13A lot of things, conversion towards one single scenario.
00:22There's been a very terrible incident on the past June 24th.
00:28We were listening from our colleagues in Caracas.
00:33And this situation of panic, of fear.
00:44There's a lot of conscience that has been created with respect to this reality.
00:50This critical situation.
00:55And we can see a lot of shows of solidarity and a lot of people coming out to help one
01:01another.
01:04You have seen the collective solidarity, the motorcycles going by all the time bringing solidarity aid.
01:13And people have been really trying to save one another, to help one another.
01:18And to help everybody move on.
01:25This is something that deserves to be addressed.
01:28All the solidarity aid facing the adversity.
01:33From the fear and the uncertainty we move to solidarity and aid.
01:41And collaboration, this combined with everything that the Bolivarian government has done to help the people, the authorities.
01:51I've seen a government card and a private card going on one.
01:59But the government institutions, both the state institutions, everybody has been coming to help.
02:07And everybody has been actively doing stuff to solve their problem, to try to help the situation.
02:17In the context of this crisis, the Venezuelan people have come together.
02:24This is not the first time this has happened.
02:28We know that this is something that we do.
02:31The Venezuelan people move on and carry on after these kind of tragedies and catastrophes.
02:38We can move forward.
02:45We have been for several days trying to save lives.
02:53Every minute it is important to save a human life for everybody that is trapped.
03:00So we don't lose the hope.
03:02Let's not lose the hope to help.
