00:27on early on Tuesday. Via her telegram channel, the president wrote,
00:31I wish to report that approximately 23 minutes ago a felt earthquake was recorded with this
00:36epicenter in La Guaira and a magnitude greater than four. Our protection system is activated
00:41and is conducting the necessary monitoring and follow-up. As of now, we have no reports
00:45of damage of any kind. We remain vigilant and are working to ensure everyone's safety.
