00:00Big part of our latest release is the introduction of Avio site scores.
00:05Every Avio customer now has a site score associated with their property.
00:10You will find your site score within the booking engine module, regardless of which subsection
00:16you're in, up here on the top right under the help desk icon. In this example we can see this
00:24property's overall score is 87%. We can click anywhere on the status bar to break this score
00:32down further. As mentioned 87% is the overall score, but this is made up of scores from various
00:40subsections as you can see here. Without going through all of the subsections in detail on this
00:48video I want to point you in the direction of the Avio help desk. You will note there is a
00:54very
00:54comprehensive article here, what are site scores and how are they calculated, that covers all of
01:00this in a lot more detail. You can see here it clearly lets you know what every indicator within
01:08the scoring function refers to and as we go through the article it breaks down the points for any metric
01:16that is being scored. So going through this list will clearly outline to you what points you can
01:23achieve and how best you can achieve those points. This article should be your bible while getting up
01:30and running with your site score. As mentioned there are various subsections that attribute to your
01:38overall score. We can see here if you click into any of these sections it's very clear at a glance
01:45where you have achieved the points and where you may need more attention. In this example if the
01:52points are not achieved you will see there's a show more option and in this case as we're looking
01:57at room setup it clearly outlines the room codes that we need to fix. In some places you will note
02:04that
02:04there is ignore functionality. Ignore functionality allows you to hit ignore and completely remove the points
02:14from your subsection and overall score. This in some cases can only be done by a super user.
02:21You are only permitted to ignore a section if the setup of your property deems that section to be null
02:29and
02:29void or unsuitable. You cannot choose to ignore a subsection because you do not wish to set it up in
02:35the manner in which this has been deemed the best practice model. This is something that we will be reviewing.
02:44You will note here as mentioned your points, your status and your action items. If we have a look at
02:52another section in this case where we have achieved a hundred percent we're seeing all the green thumbs up
02:57and in this particular instance there's also now an exclamation and a fix option appearing to us.
03:03This means that this particular section the points were given but and if we hover over the
03:10exclamation mark we can see that potentially we could make improvements to meet best practice further
03:17here. In this example it's the terms and conditions content letting us know that we should really have more
03:23than 100 characters in our T and C box and there is a fix option for this. By selecting the
03:30fix symbol
03:31it's now taking us directly through to the area whereby we can actually bulk out our terms and conditions.
03:38So you will see a mix of these fixed symbols or see more as you go through the various subsections
03:46depending on what points have been achieved.
03:49Again as you can see here thumbs down fix and ignore options.
03:56We have created this as mentioned based on an overall best practice model.
04:03We have attributed various levels of points based on potentially the revenue generating element of that
04:09particular feature or the impact it will have visually on the front end.
04:15Everything we have attributed points to is with the impetus to grow your overall conversion.
04:20I strongly suggest that you go through the help desk article in detail and work through the points
04:27with a view to consistently upping your overall score.
04:31Thank you somewhere.
