00:02Okay. I suppose in terms of understanding what today's session, do we need to go through
00:10the entire items, all the items again, or do you want to just have a Q&A session today
00:18about specific queries that you have on the system?
00:23I'm kind of open, so I don't mind whatever Laurie wants as well. Is Laurie on the call
00:28as well?
00:28Yeah, Laurie's on the call.
00:30Hi, Laurie. I don't know. What do you want to do?
00:34Well, I think most of it is pretty – it was more, I think, for me, adding – because
00:40the spots are already created, and what I'll be doing would be updating content. I think
00:49for me, adding new stuff is fair. I don't want to.
00:54Yep. Perfect.
00:56Okay. In terms of adding new stuff, do you mean content to the site as in images and
01:02PDFs, or is it adding new pages or both?
01:06Probably a little of both. Yeah, I'd be the same as Laurie as well as both, so anything
01:11that needs to be updated, yep. Okay. No problem. What we can do is, I suppose, just start with
01:20running down through the main items again, and if you have any questions while I'm going through it, you can
01:25just ask me.
01:27I'll start just at the very beginning is to understand how to upload some images. So, we have a file
01:34manager under your options, and this is where you need to make sure that all of your images are uploaded.
01:40So, we've got a number of folders already set up. As you can see there, the banner image, the image
01:45text row, they already have files within them. Now, you don't seem to have very many images up, so…
01:51We don't have any images up, and the reason that we don't is because we actually physically have no images
01:56as of yet. Okay.
01:57Our photographer is due to come to us next week and the week after.
02:03Okay, perfect. Well, when you do get your photography, then it's a matter of really going and updating it straight
02:09away, because you can really do nothing with your CMS until you have the imagery, because the imagery is your
02:15site, essentially.
02:16Yeah.
02:16So, I guess it's cart and horse. We need to have those imagery before you really style and get that
02:24true picture of your website.
02:25So, a lot of the items in the website are going to be based on your imagery that you upload.
02:31So, you are limited at the moment in terms of content. You've lots of pages created, but probably very bland
02:37at this stage.
02:38Yes.
02:38That's okay. So, just in terms of when you get your images, there's a couple of things just to advise
02:44the photographer.
02:45It might make your life a little bit easier, but the first thing is really just to make sure that
02:50he names them something descriptive.
02:52I know it sounds obvious.
02:53I'm actually working with him next week. So, all of these tips, yeah.
02:58Yeah. So, naming is something descriptive. So, if it is the ballroom, you know, ballroom, and it gives the name
03:03of the ballroom,
03:04rather than ballroom one, two, three, four. Just get as much micro detail on the name as possible.
03:10It will just help you guys break it down a little bit better. You know, you can see, without having
03:15to look into the image a bit more, you can see by the name, oh yeah, that's what I want.
03:19So, more detail on the name if possible. It will help with your Google search as well, if the name
03:25has got a few keywords in it, you know, in terms of if you use wedding in your wedding images
03:32as well, or things like that, or bar in the bar images.
03:38Try to get brand name, obviously, and if you need to as well on any bar brand name, or any
03:44general images for the property, if you have brand name on that as well, that can help.
03:48But just describe the images, essentially, the core thing there. Then, the other thing to bear in mind is the
03:56size of the images. So, the physical size.
04:00Now, a lot of the images in the raw format will be quite large. Just by their very nature, they
04:05are quite large.
04:08And when we upload them to our system, we reduce the size by default. Sometimes they can be still too
04:15large.
04:16But you will see that if it's coming true, and it will have an error message beside it if we
04:22feel that it's too large.
04:24But the best way to deal with the image is actually to resize it prior to uploading it.
04:30So, if you want to give another tip to your photographer, it's maybe to recommend that he put them in
04:35certain dimension sizes for you.
04:37And each folder has its own specific dimensions.
04:41And you can see there, it's 1280x364 pixels. That's the size there.
04:48Down here, you've got 800x600, 80x80, 1280x960.
04:53And if he just puts each of them into a folder by size, it would make your life much easier
04:59then when it comes to uploading them onto the CMS.
05:02Because you literally just go into that folder with the size and just upload, upload, upload.
05:07You can actually upload a load of them together.
05:09So, get the name right, get the size right, and then you literally very quickly upload them at this stage.
05:18Now, if he's going to charge you a lot for that, just maybe just get that clear of it.
05:23You know, it just saves you.
05:26The photographer that we hired is Andrew Bradley, who works with you guys quite a lot.
05:33Okay.
05:34So, and there was a checklist that I had been sent from Avio beforehand that I sent to him.
05:39And he had said that he does it to the way that you guys need it on the website.
05:45Perfect, okay.
05:46Yeah, yeah.
05:47So, it's always good to remind him.
05:49Remind him.
05:50Yeah, exactly.
05:50But I do have that checklist again, because I do remember something on the list of that as well.
05:56So, I will just remind him, yeah.
05:59Yeah.
06:00Because, you know, we have different templates as well.
06:03So, just to tell him what sizes your templates are.
06:07Sorry there, Laura, are you trying to get a question in there?
06:09Yeah.
06:11Yeah.
06:11Nicola, just FYI, I will also need the images in their original size format for other purposes.
06:17Yeah.
06:20So, make sure that he gives us the originals as well.
06:23Oh, yeah, no.
06:25Yeah.
06:26Yeah.
06:26Yeah.
06:26I'm going to need the big ones for Cydia and booking.com and all of that.
06:30Yeah.
06:30Perfect.
06:32Okay.
06:34So, once you have the images, then it's very straightforward.
06:37You know, if you've got a number of the folders stored down, you literally just decide, okay,
06:42banner images, 1280x340, select the banner image, go to the file on your desktop or wherever,
06:49you know, maybe Dropbox or wherever it is that you have.
06:51You can search through your own computer there and find the image and I'll just upload one
06:56here just as an example.
06:58If you don't upload the right size, you'll be forced to crop and when you're forced to
07:04crop, you lose quite a lot of the image.
07:07So, this is the disadvantage of using the original size is that you may lose it.
07:13So, you know, if you don't want to lose it, that's what the resizing is all about.
07:16I've just cropped that as an example and it's gone in there now under banner image.
07:22I'll delete it now, but just to show you that that's it, that's the example.
07:28Okay.
07:28And if I want to delete it, I'll just click on delete and remove it.
07:33Okay.
07:34Yeah.
07:35Okay.
07:36So, that's essentially it.
07:39PDFs is another thing and maybe you'll have some documents that you need uploaded like,
07:43you know, bar menus.
07:45Some brochures and bar menus and things like that, yeah.
07:48So, all things like that.
07:49So, they all go into the docs folder and you just click on the docs folder and just add
07:54files.
07:54And again, just have your PDFs in a PDF folder and you can literally upload them all together.
07:59You know, if you just grab them all.
08:01Oh, okay.
08:01And literally upload them.
08:03Now, one thing I would mention about the docs is the naming convention.
08:08Again, just trying to get best practice across at this stage is to name it something generic,
08:13as generic as possible, but to describe the PDF obviously.
08:16So, rather than calling it Bar Kids Menu 2016, leave out the 2016 and just call it Bar Kids Menu.
08:26Keep it simple and generic.
08:27Because when you link to that, you know, you have this link on your site and maybe you have multiple
08:33links on your site to this PDF.
08:36Next year, when you update your PDF, you know, you can literally just come in and override that.
08:42So, to show you what I mean by that, say you update it.
08:45You could update it every month or every other month, but to save you time on your website,
08:50you literally just get the latest version, save it down on your desktop as the same name,
08:55and just click on it again and it will ask you, do you want to override the file?
08:59And you say yes.
09:00So, you can keep updating the latest version, but it doesn't get out of date.
09:05It doesn't, because I just find that a lot of people put dates and months with it.
09:10And to the visitor, it looks out of date, because, you know, a year passes so quickly.
09:14And you see 2015 or, like, to see something now with 2012 and it looks really old, you know,
09:20but, you know, that's the way people used to do it.
09:23They used to remind themselves of, oh, this is the 2012 version, but in two or three years' time,
09:28that just gets, it looks old.
09:30So, keep it generic in name.
09:32Just keep uploading the new version as exactly the same name.
09:37And that way, then, the version that you have will, you know, literally overwrite itself.
09:43And you, all your links are intact.
09:44They're all, you know, you don't have to go in and update them.
09:47Because I have seen people update, you know, 2016, then 2017.
09:51And they have to literally go onto the site, find every link to that PDF and physically update it.
09:58It's cumbersome, it's time consuming, and it's unnecessary.
10:01So, just think about that.
10:03A little bit of thought at the planning stage with your PDF and their names.
10:07And you'll have a very seamless time of updating things then on your site.
10:12And as far as naming the PDFs, it still holds true that we don't want spaces in the name, correct?
10:19We want hyphens or whatever?
10:21Oh, hyphens, yeah, exactly.
10:23Anything, any names on the URLs or anything on the PDFs or images, hyphens instead of spaces.
10:30Definitely, yeah.
10:34Well, like, the preference over the two is the hyphen.
10:41Yeah, I prefer the hyphen.
10:43It's got better value.
10:45There's nothing wrong with the underscore at all.
10:47But it's just, for best practice, I suppose, it's just the hyphen.
10:51But if you need to use an underscore, it's not a big deal either, you know.
10:54I wouldn't lose sleep over it.
10:56It's consistency more than anything.
10:58That there's no spaces and that it's separated by keywords, you know, words.
11:03That's the most important thing.
11:06Okay, so that's uploading of images and PDFs.
11:10The next thing then, if we go into the overview page, you get to see here all the entire site
11:17that's been built.
11:18You've quite a number of pages in there now.
11:20And up at the top, you have all of the main pages that are on the website.
11:25And if I just open the website for a second, you get to see, you know, this is your main
11:31nav across the top.
11:33And then you've got all the content underneath.
11:36And like that, obviously, once you get your images uploaded, you'll be able to tidy this up a bit and
11:40make it look a little bit better for yourselves.
11:44But in terms of content, all of this needs to be updated.
11:47And I'm going to show you, this is the homepage.
11:49The homepage is quite unique.
11:51As in, not every page is going to have, you know, these text boxes and it won't have all of
11:56this detail on every page.
11:58This is mainly the homepage.
12:00It's to try and engage your visitor to click through to other areas of your site.
12:04So if you want to edit any of these features, you know, they're all in the page properties of this
12:11page.
12:12So if I click on page properties, I go in here and if I scroll down, you have all of
12:18the elements down here.
12:19So there's your special offer boxes.
12:21Your special offer boxes can either be tiled or in list format, whichever you wish.
12:26We have them in tile at the moment, but they can also be, I think tile actually looks better.
12:31And those boxes can be used either for special offers or promote specific areas of your site.
12:38So I don't know, maybe there's events happening in the bar and, you know, you want to drive traffic through
12:42to get a bit more information about that event that's happening in the bar highlighted in one of these boxes.
12:47It doesn't always have to be about special offers because, you know, sometimes we can just annoy the customer with
12:54everything about special offers.
12:55But in fact, there's other things going on in the property as well that we need to bring their attention
12:59to.
13:00And remember, different visitors have different reasons to be on your site.
13:05So you can highlight whatever areas that you want.
13:09The main nav is there, but making use of these boxes just engages the customer a little bit more.
13:16Yeah.
13:18So use them, you know, as you need to.
13:20A little bit further down, a little bit more about topic then if you want it.
13:24You guys are in Temple Bar.
13:26You can have some nice images of Temple Bar, you know, and maybe something that's happening around the area.
13:31If there's a festival coming up.
13:33Anything like that.
13:34All of that content can be promoted within here.
13:37Obviously, you'd need to have a page created for them to click through and get more information.
13:41But maybe you could promote events like you're near so much there in the city centre.
13:49Trinity College or whatever.
13:50So we could put that in there and what's happening in there, for example.
13:54Is that what you're saying?
13:55Yeah.
13:55Well, yeah.
13:56Even like see what's happening in the O2 this year.
13:59And they can click through and see more about the O2 or sorry, the Three Arena.
14:04Three Arena.
14:04Yeah.
14:05It's changed names too many times.
14:07Yeah.
14:07The Grand Canal Theatre, things like that.
14:09Whatever you want to promote within Dublin, you can kind of highlight.
14:13Even just a thing like check out our recommended top 10 in Dublin.
14:18And then you click through and they go through to a page about the top 10 attractions that you'd recommend
14:23for them to go and see in Dublin.
14:25Yeah, we were going to do, sorry, a 24 Hours in Dublin.
14:31Would that be where we'd put this part of it in then?
14:35Is that what we're saying?
14:38Yeah, you could put it here in this section.
14:40Yeah.
14:40And it's just 24 Hours in Dublin would be in the title.
14:44Get your skates on or, you know, take the challenge, something like that.
14:49Yeah.
14:49Because I'm sure what you've packed in in 24 hours is going to take quite a lot of time.
14:55Because, you know, but it really is trying to promote that.
15:02Like you want to engage the visitor.
15:04You want them to kind of get excited about their trip to Dublin and they've decided to come onto your
15:09website.
15:09So it's really trying to create, like, one thing we have noticed is a lot of people are coming onto
15:16the site at the early stage of the booking process.
15:18So while they might search on an OTA like booking.com, they find your name, they'll type in Temple Barrow
15:25Hotel and then they'll come onto your site to see your official site.
15:28And if you can actually make them excited on your site about their trip to Dublin and the planning is
15:33quite easy, they'll just go ahead and book with you guys.
15:36Whereas if you don't have an engaging site and it's boring and, you know, they'll leave, they'll leave and they'll
15:41forget about you.
15:42So it really is trying to get good quality content on your site so that they do engage.
15:49And, you know, that sounds like good quality content, 24 hours in Dublin, you know, what can you do?
15:55You can also have other items, you know, see the events happening.
15:59Like you know your visitors better than anybody.
16:01You know who comes and stays on your property.
16:04It's not only stags and hens, you know, that come to Dublin at the weekend.
16:08There are other people who outside of that time.
16:10So, you know, you're talking to them.
16:12You want them to understand what they can, the benefits of staying with you guys and really try to get
16:19that across on the homepage.
16:21So engage a little bit better.
16:23Like afternoon tea, I just see it there.
16:25I know you've got a page of afternoon tea.
16:26But even if you want to put afternoon tea as a spotlight on one of these boxes as well,
16:30if you need to promote that as an area, maybe Sunday lunch.
16:33Like I don't know, you know your property better.
16:36So maybe do a list of items that you want to promote from the homepage.
16:41Write them all out and then go, right, we're doing an article on this.
16:44We're going to click through from the homepage and we're going to see then.
16:47And you can look in your Google Analytics then after and see if there's a good engagement on that page,
16:51you know,
16:52once you have it as a spotlight on your homepage.
16:55If it's not getting much traffic, then, you know, you can always change it to something else the following month.
16:59Yeah.
17:00Yeah.
17:01And can I ask you, can you upload more than one of those at any given time?
17:06Yeah.
17:06Yeah, you can see there we've got a maximum of 20.
17:09Now, 20 might look like quite a lot.
17:11It'll take people a long time to actually scroll down to all of them.
17:15But you do have up to a maximum of 20.
17:17So there's lots of potential there, you know, to try and get people to engage with your site.
17:23But, you know, maybe start off with five or six items first and, you know, see how that works.
17:29Because 20 is quite a lot.
17:31I think it's really too much.
17:32Yeah.
17:33But it's just that we have that flexibility.
17:35I agree with you because when you do it on mobile, it looks an awful lot.
17:39Whereas I kind of think if you just had one or three or four, it actually shortens down your viewing
17:47on mobile.
17:48So, yeah.
17:49Yeah.
17:50So just to open this up, you know, you've seen these already, but it's just making sure that you make
17:54full use of the boxes.
17:59Sorry, I'll collapse all and just you can see them there at a glance.
18:03So if I expand this one, there are different options.
18:08You know, you've got the title, the subtitle.
18:10You can put in text in a box and a call to action there as well.
18:13And we are recommending that you fill out an alt tag as much as possible because, you know, it's becoming
18:20a hot topic for 2016 that usability,
18:23especially for the visually impaired is, you know, they have software that reads images.
18:28And if you leave it blank, they just don't get any information on those images.
18:34So just describe the image.
18:35So if the image is of like Temple Bar, put in Temple Bar Main Street or Temple Bar Fleet Street,
18:41whatever it is, you know,
18:43that is the picture or the location or the topic that you're talking about.
18:47So if you're trying to promote attractions in Dublin, you can put in top attractions in Dublin.
18:52So when somebody goes on to, when they go on to Google Images and they put in top attractions in
18:59Dublin,
19:00if your SEO is quite good on your site, you kind of start to appear in those images for this.
19:06So that can help as well.
19:08So alt tags, very important that we don't leave them blank as well when you're filling out that information.
19:14Even if you just put something in there and your digital team can actually take a look at it then
19:18for you to see if we can improve,
19:20you know, by adding more keywords or whatever.
19:22Okay.
19:23But just don't leave it blank if possible.
19:26Okay.
19:27And then if I go down to the very bottom, then we just have, again, you can put the spotlight
19:33again on one of your services.
19:34Like you might want to highlight corporate or training rooms or something like that.
19:40You know, if you have that space to hire, like meeting rooms to hire, anything like that.
19:45And the bottom of the page is usually used to promote, you know, you can have a highlight of the
19:53month or, you know, area of the month that you want to specify.
19:56It depends on the season.
19:57Hotels are very much dependent on seasons.
20:00You know, we have the summer season and then we have the winter Christmas season.
20:03So put the spotlight on something for the next three months maybe and change that around every three months then
20:09as to what is the hot topic for the hotel.
20:12And that's literally just one big image.
20:15It's a banner image.
20:17It's full width cross and we can take a look at that there.
20:20If I just show you.
20:22It's down at the very bottom down here.
20:26Take a look at our business offerings and it's just an image and the image can click through then.
20:30You can also add a little bit more text underneath here as well if you want.
20:38Okay.
20:39Okay.
20:40Text here and links.
20:43And if you're highlighting links, just to remind you of this, you click in here.
20:49And you'll be asked then to either copy and paste in a URL or you can select from the existing
20:55pages that are created.
20:57And title is optional if you want to put something in there or leave it blank.
21:01It doesn't matter.
21:02Most of them are on target of none.
21:04But if it's an external website or if it's a PDF, we do recommend putting it to a new window.
21:10So you don't actually leave the website if going to an external source.
21:15Oh okay.
21:16And just click okay and save your changes when you're finished editing the text.
21:20This is a normal text editor.
21:22You know, you've got the ability to bold, italics, underscore.
21:26You can realign it or you can bullet point.
21:28There's also different formats.
21:30So if you want to use different headers, you can do that as well.
21:35And, you know, different headers can be important.
21:37As you go down through the page, start with header two, then header three, header four,
21:41as you go down through different paragraphs.
21:44It's just from a styling perspective that we have them all pre-styled in the template for
21:49you.
21:52Okay.
21:53This website is designed to try and cut down on time and try to save you some time on editing.
22:02AP and PP, like once you're obviously up and running, it does take a bit of time to get
22:07a website up and running.
22:08But once you're up and running, there are some features within it that encourage or help
22:13you to try and cut down on time.
22:16One of the main things is the change options.
22:18This is site-wide changes.
22:20So in here, you've got the ability to standardize your images at the top, your sequencer images.
22:28So every page or most pages on your site could have the same, the exact same image sequencer.
22:36Now some properties like to individualize pages.
22:39So you do have the ability to change your sequencer for different pages if you want as
22:43well.
22:44Like maybe you have a page about the three arena and you want to actually show a picture
22:48of the three arena and maybe you want to show a map on how to get there from your hotel
22:52to the three arena on that page as well or something like that.
22:58You could actually, you know, have specific images tailored to that page.
23:04And that can be quite good, you know, to have individual content on each page that's unique.
23:09But for majority of your standard pages, you can keep the images exactly the same and that
23:15way if you need to update them, you just go in here under change options.
23:18And you update and it's a site-wide change then.
23:21So if you get tired of images and you don't want to use them any longer, you can take it
23:25down and put up a new one.
23:27And that's changed across the majority of the pages on the site.
23:30So it can just save you a lot of time.
23:33And how you do that is you can just click delete and take out the image and then you
23:37load any new images just by selecting a new image.
23:41And just select a golf one here as an example.
23:45But again, you can put in your title.
23:47So it's just to give it a description.
23:50So golf swing.
23:57Link optional to link the sequencer.
23:59We don't typically link images from the sequencer because, you know, without a call to action,
24:04there isn't that natural kind of linking.
24:06But you can, if you want, link to another page or link to another rate on the site if
24:12you want to as well.
24:14The alt tag, as I said, is important just to have some description in there.
24:20And you can date range it.
24:22Now this is really clever because it can, if it's a seasonal image that you're putting up
24:27there like, you know, around Christmas time you want to have something very festive.
24:31But then that doesn't look great at the summertime because, you know, somebody who's looking to
24:36go come for the summer now, they don't want to be seeing Christmas on your site.
24:39So you could display it from September until maybe January and then it automatically comes
24:46down.
24:47So just by selecting your from date and to date, it'll expire itself off your site.
24:53Oh, so that's great for Easter and Paddy's Day and things like that as well.
24:57Oh yeah.
24:58Yeah.
24:59Absolutely.
25:00Yeah.
25:01All the seasons, you can really manage your site a lot better now from this template.
25:07This is the way we want to get to is to try and cut down on time for you guys
25:11to remember
25:12to come back to your site because it is one of the biggest issues.
25:16You know, you're obviously time constraint.
25:17You have time issues in the hotel.
25:19You're busy with 40 million other things.
25:22And the website always tends to be the last thing to think of.
25:25And like your visitors are coming on and they're like, oh my God, their site is so out of date.
25:29Like I'm still on websites that have Christmas menus up and it's like, oh my God, nothing
25:34looks worse.
25:35So if you can help try to manage this, you know, and keep it as up to date as possible
25:41when you're uploading it, then of course it's going to help your visitors, you know, keep
25:46in touch with your visitors and not look unprofessional and out of date.
25:49So that's what we're trying to do with the new templates is to help you try to keep it
25:54up to date as much as possible.
25:56So put in your from and display on tell dates and use that throughout the site wherever possible.
26:00It's on the images and it's also on the, if I just show you down here, it's also on the
26:08rates of standards.
26:09So I can load images as well.
26:15And I can put in a date range here.
26:17So if you're putting in an advanced purchase rate or maybe an Easter package just to give
26:22because I suppose that's the next season.
26:24Easter, you want Easter to be live between now and the 28th of March.
26:2828th of March comes down, you know, you don't want to see Easter again.
26:32By setting the date range on that Easter package, it'll actually shut down automatically for you.
26:36You don't need to worry about going in and editing it, okay?
26:39Okay.
26:39So just select the dates from today until the end of March, yeah.
26:46And summer season, summer season ends, you know, the end of September for some,
26:50the end of August for others.
26:53But you put in whatever date you want and make sure that the Christmas offers are ready to go
26:57and you can actually put in a Christmas offer to kick in on the 1st of September.
27:01So you can set that up anytime you want, but you can have a kicking into your website on the
27:051st of September
27:06and shutting down the first week of January.
27:08And that way, you know, it just makes it a lot easier.
27:11A bit of planning makes it much more straightforward for you.
27:15Because when you come back after January, you definitely don't want to talk about Christmas ever again.
27:19No.
27:21No, not at all.
27:24So I think once you've got your website together and all of your images uploaded,
27:28then you can kind of look at your mobile version of your site.
27:32You've got the ability to itemize, you know, your, you choose a shortened version on your mobile menu.
27:39You know, usually recommend leaving this until the end.
27:42But it is where you decide what the main items are for your mobile version of your site.
27:49So title, you put in a title, a link to the page, and you have to have some images uploaded.
27:58So once your images are uploaded again, you know, you'll be able to access those.
28:02But just completing your mobile menu by adding them there, you can add up to 10 items, as I said,
28:09on the menu for the mobile.
28:11Well, you also have the ability to add mobile buttons as standard.
28:15And typically we'd have four buttons at the bottom of the mobile version of your site.
28:21And you can see there, you know, up to four items.
28:23Again, this is things like what are, what is most important to my, to my visitors.
28:29You know, you've seen a lot of websites.
28:32It's book now.
28:33It's special offers.
28:35It's contact us or it's location or find us, something like that.
28:39So they would tend to be the kind of shortcut buttons at the bottom of the mobile.
28:45So you decide on that.
28:47Again, build that once your site is built and make sure you've got the pages available to you.
28:52You put in the title.
28:53So if it's a book now, you link to the booking engine.
28:57So you can link directly through to the best available rate if, you know, you want them to go to
29:03that one.
29:04You select the icon.
29:06We've got a number of icons uploaded by default.
29:09Check is like the kind of standard tick box.
29:13So you could just select that one and just click on promote.
29:16And then it's on the, it's on the website.
29:18If you add a couple of them.
29:20So if we add the contact us and link to the contact us page.
29:27Sorry about that.
29:31And it would be the contact.
29:34It would be telephone.
29:35You can see the telephone right in there.
29:37And then promote.
29:40So again, if you want to reorder these, you just click and drag and you can reorder them in any
29:45way that you wish once you've it finalized as well.
29:49Okay.
29:51So I'll just save those changes for you.
29:55Okay.
29:56So I won't save those changes.
29:57You can have a look at them later and update them.
30:00But it's essentially to think of the change options as being the standard items for across the site.
30:06For your image sequencer and your special offer boxes at the top.
30:17If you choose to use them.
30:19Now if I just open this here.
30:20Open a new tab.
30:23The special offer boxes aren't created.
30:27So if you want to use them.
30:29Set them up in the change options and they'll start to appear here.
30:33Some people don't want too many offer boxes around.
30:36So they'll switch off the ones here.
30:38And they'll use the boxes down here.
30:42Okay.
30:49Back to the page now.
30:50Creating pages.
30:51Adding a new page.
30:54Very simple.
30:55The most important thing when you're creating a new page is really to understand what page layout do I want
31:01to copy.
31:02So the homepage sometimes is very unique and different.
31:06As in it looks very different to the other pages.
31:09But if you don't need all of this detail that you see in the homepage.
31:12You just want a standard page.
31:14A very simple page for a text.
31:17The sleep room has a different template.
31:23As in it has the site information over here.
31:28Now I don't know.
31:30You seem to have the full menu across the top here.
31:36That may be the intention.
31:38Is that your intention?
31:39To have the main menu across the side here?
31:43Or did you just want the rooms as a sub menu?
31:53Sorry, my computer is not allowed now.
31:55Hold on.
31:56You're okay.
31:57It's just in terms of the rooms page.
32:01Because when you copy a style, you copy the format of that page as well.
32:05And here what we're taking on is we're taking on a copy of the main menu along the right hand
32:10side.
32:13But I'm just wondering, was that your intention?
32:15To copy the menu on the right hand side as well?
32:20Sorry, my internet had just dropped there.
32:23Hold on.
32:24You're okay.
32:27I'm just having one of those days today.
32:31I'm looking at it and it's gone.
32:33So sorry, what were you saying there?
32:34It's just really to make sure you're happy with the layout of the, I'm just in the sleep page, just
32:40as a kind of picture standard page.
32:43Now, you have a number of page room types under the sub menu.
32:49Now, I just went over here and it looks like you have a sub menu, but it's the sub menu
32:54of the main menu rather than maybe the rooms.
32:58Would it make more sense just to have the rooms down here?
33:03I do.
33:04I think so.
33:05Just to focus, just to focus the visitor a little bit more in the rooms and they can just click
33:11through to each room from within here,
33:13rather than having to go back up to the main menu each time and, you know, change to the rooms.
33:17You have quite a number of room types.
33:19So having the room types down along here would be quite useful.
33:23Let me just see if...
33:26I thought that's just the way it was when we first had the site, if I'm not mistaken.
33:31Yeah, it's just, it's to do with the page elements.
33:36Let me...
33:37Now, I might need to consult a designer on this because it's trying to understand their terminology a little bit,
33:45but it's one of these along the side.
33:57Yeah, it's just to try and get a bit of clarity on that.
34:00So leave it with me.
34:00I'm just going to check with a designer just before to understand how to change that.
34:05It could be a very quick, simple change and I could be here for 10 minutes just trying to investigate
34:08it.
34:10But it was just when I seen it, I said I bring your attention to it because normally what I
34:14see here is submenus
34:16and then all of the rooms will have the same submenu for that.
34:23So it just has to do with your...
34:26If I go back here, it just has to do with...
34:28You see this layout, you've got a main layout and then you've got a sub layout.
34:33So it's to do with that.
34:34But as I said, I just need to consult a designer to get that changed and I'll advise you on
34:39that.
34:40But once you're happy with the layout then that the sleep page actually has...
34:48Is it you guys that chose sleep?
34:52Yes.
34:54Okay.
34:55No, it's just from a usability point of view, room or accommodation tends to have a better click-through rate.
35:03But, you know, people do know what sleep is as well.
35:05But just keep an eye on your data to make sure people are actually clicking through on it
35:14compared to your existing site just to see what the click-through rate is.
35:19But you assume people understand that.
35:23But you've got to try and keep things as simple as possible sometimes for visitors as well
35:27because you don't want them to think, what's that, for too long.
35:31But yeah, it's just to watch out for that.
35:35But when you go to the sleep, it should have a sub-menu on the site.
35:41So we'll get a look at that.
35:42The gallery, you've only got one gallery page and it has a gallery tile.
35:47So that's another style of page.
35:50And if you look into the property section, you can actually change the tile.
35:56So once again, you get your imagery.
35:57You can update it in your gallery tiles just by loading images.
36:04And you've got up to a maximum of 30 images for your gallery.
36:07So again, just put in a title, a subtitle, and that just literally describes the image.
36:12You know, again, trying to get in some keywords, same as the tag, the alt tag as well.
36:18You know, you want to give as much descriptive as possible to your visitors
36:21and let them know what is this a picture of.
36:23Is it a picture of your bar, your restaurant?
36:25Is it like something else in the area?
36:32So that's in the gallery tile.
36:34The special offers is a page that looks slightly different as well.
36:37If I just open this up.
36:39Okay, we don't...
36:43Again, there's no page properties activated for this, but...
36:47If I just go back here.
36:51The special offers, I'm trying to see...
36:54It's a quick book.
36:56It's usually called minimal.
37:02Special offers is usually minimal.
37:05Just bear with me one second.
37:13Sorry, Laurie, are you free after this call?
37:16If I gave you a call on your mobile, just have a quick chat with you?
37:20Yeah.
37:21Perfect.
37:23Yeah.
37:25Okay.
37:28The special offers room usually has a very minimal look and feel to it,
37:33as in they take away the main menu.
37:36For the simple reason they want people to focus in on the special offers
37:39rather than, you know, the entire site.
37:42But, you know, you're using a format.
37:45And that's okay as well, but it's just if I click through in here, the only thing that's available to
37:51me is three text boxes.
37:54I can change that by going into my page properties.
37:58And just scroll down here.
37:59You've got the option of adding in, you know, like you've seen on the homepage.
38:03You've got the option of adding in tiles for your special offers.
38:08So like what we had in the homepage, manage them at that point as well in your special offers.
38:14And just start creating load images and, you know, select your image and then put in your title, description, price,
38:22call to action and alt tag.
38:23Fill out all the details.
38:24And like you could say something like, you know, take a look at our special offers.
38:30Great value deals to be had in Dublin this year or this, you know, in 2016.
38:37Something like that to encourage people to look through.
38:41Okay, so it's every, there is various styles available to you.
38:47You can see the different layouts there.
38:49You know, majority of them are the same, but some are different.
38:53The ones with the side menu are the ones that have that side menu that we've seen on the rooms.
38:59If I scroll down there, you're using it on the, you're only using it on the bus goods bar.
39:11Do you, again, do you want, when somebody clicks in to eat, do you want it to be a submenu
39:18to every other page within this?
39:20Yeah.
39:21Like we do for the rooms.
39:22Okay.
39:23Well, as I said, I'll follow up with that and make some recommendations to you based on the edits and
39:29changes.
39:29Yeah, we just have, that's, Toast is our new restaurant and it's our breakfast area.
39:34And then Busker's Bar is a different, like, it's attached to us, but we class it as a bar and
39:40food venue as well.
39:41Yeah.
39:42Perfect.
39:43Yeah.
39:43So keep, keep that on topic.
39:45Um, the same, like with plan, um, you see, uh, I, I'm just, I'm old school here and I'm like,
39:53what is plan?
39:54I have to think about it.
39:55So just think a little bit more before you go live on that.
39:59Um, I don't know what plan means.
40:01Um, meet, meetings, um, like, you know.
40:05Not meetings, so, cause it's, it's only, the only thing that we have in that is, it's like corporate events.
40:12Corporate events.
40:12Um, cause we don't have any meeting rooms, cocktail classes and hen and stags parties.
40:18Um, yeah, it's, it's events.
40:22Events, would that be kind of better?
40:25Um, book an event, event.
40:27It's just plan to me means nothing.
40:29Like, I, I wouldn't actually know what that means, plan.
40:32Um, you know, it just, like, I know I'm so used to seeing hotels.
40:37Lauren, what are your thoughts?
40:38Do you want events on it?
40:40It, it just might need a little bit, um, of thought, uh, before.
40:46It, it, it just, I've seen hotels do this.
40:49I've seen hotels try to be different and quirky and it, the users don't like it.
40:54They don't know what it means.
40:55They've, you know, they don't, we see rates drop off on those pages.
40:59Um, they don't see as much engagement.
41:02You have to try harder to get people to go onto those pages.
41:06Um, it needs to be intuitive.
41:08Um, like even play, play to me.
41:11I have to think, I, I know what play means.
41:14But it's like, in terms of a hotel, what does play mean?
41:19Um, whereas, uh, like.
41:22What about, uh, sorry, Laurie.
41:24What about, uh, what about work there?
41:28I don't know about work.
41:30Um, I need to think about.
41:33Yeah.
41:35Like, like, understand your visitors.
41:36Like, who is going to need to go into this section and what will they be thinking when
41:40they come onto your site?
41:42Like, plan.
41:43I, I don't think a plan.
41:44I don't, and I don't want to try and kind of throw a spanner in the works for you guys.
41:48I'm just trying to be, um, a little bit upfront with you that I have seen this before.
41:54And I've seen it, you know, not work very well for, for some clients.
41:59Um, your city center.
42:01People come on, you know, they, they know what they want.
42:04They, they want you to be central.
42:06They, they, you know, if you want them to understand your services, you need to be very simple in your
42:11terminology.
42:12Especially, you know, are, are a majority of your visitors coming from Ireland or do they come from abroad?
42:18Um, you know, is this local terms or is this something that, you know, a wider audience are going to
42:24understand?
42:25Because every other hotel in Dublin, you know, keeps it very simple.
42:29So when they're shopping around or they're looking at different, um, areas, they're looking at the same thing.
42:35They're looking at corporate, corporate, corporate, if the corporate is their thing.
42:38Um, they're looking at, you know, events in the hotel.
42:41You know, it just, I think plan would just throw me off a little bit when I'm jumping from one
42:48side to the other.
42:49Uh, think about it.
42:50Um, you know, see, is it something that you really want to do?
42:55If it is, you want to, you want to test it, you want to see how it runs?
42:58Um, then, you know, absolutely fine.
43:00Go with it.
43:00But I would do it a bit, with a bit of hesitation.
43:03Okay.
43:04Um, so with that said, um, adding new pages, you, you need to know and understand, um, you know,
43:11what page you want to copy.
43:13Once you want to copy it, then you can clone the page.
43:15And if, you know, you'd clone the page, it'll ask you to add another page.
43:20I'll just add a test one here now.
43:22So test.
43:26And don't add the .html.
43:28Sorry, if you, I know you're using underscores.
43:30That's okay.
43:31If you want to use underscores, keep it consistent.
43:33Uh, test audio.
43:35And then you have, um, if you don't want to, like, once you're actually live, um, you may
43:39not want to put it live straight away, but I'm just going to do this test.
43:42So I'm going to put it live straight away.
43:44Um, create a new navigation item.
43:47I want to add this to the main nav.
43:48Um, let's add it under the location.
43:51Um, let's just add it as, um, um, um, I don't know, the, the O2, the three arena.
43:58Three arena.
44:02And let's add it under the location section.
44:05So I go down under location and target is normal.
44:12So you, you can show it on the mobile version or you can hide it or you can show only
44:18on
44:18the mobile version if you want.
44:20And again, you can put a date range.
44:21So again, if this was seasonal, you can date range it.
44:24Um, any of the items you add to the main nav can be seasonal as well.
44:28So, um, just bear that in mind.
44:29Um, if you're adding Christmas or adding other, any other season.
44:33Um, I'm just going to click on add.
44:37Um, again, just highlight the navigation area.
44:41It's there under location.
44:42That's fine.
44:43The content title, um, you know, just test.
44:47You put in a, a, a, a descriptive content title, subtitle if you want it.
44:53Um, if I say no to override rates, it will take the rates from the default under the change
44:57options.
44:58If I say no to the image sequencer, I will get the image sequencer from the change options.
45:03And if I scroll down here, I can add additional, uh, elements to the site if I want.
45:09So, this is just a standard text page.
45:11I'm not too concerned about the other options.
45:14But if you want to, you know, you can add away, um, the additional options there.
45:20If I save my changes, um, now it's added in under the location.
45:25And it's here under location.
45:26If you want to reorganize it, um, you can go into the sort section.
45:34Um, so if I want to move it down to below the transport, I can move it down there.
45:40And just save my changes.
45:47Okay.
45:47Um, so when I go back here, if I go into, so there it is there now, um, if I
45:57want to make
45:58edits or changes to it, I can go into, you know, directly into text box here.
46:02Or I can just open up the page and start working away on the page then, um, as normal, just
46:09adding your text or whatever in, in that page.
46:12Okay.
46:13Um, if I want to switch it offline.
46:16Now, be very careful about switching pages offline once you're live.
46:20Um, now I do see a number of pages underneath that just seem to be random pages down at
46:26the very bottom.
46:27Um, once, you know, part of your, once you're at the very last kind of few days of building
46:32your site, decide which of these pages you don't need anymore or don't want.
46:37Um, you know, if you need all of them, then great.
46:40But if there's any kind of test pages or anything like that, you can, um, get them switched off
46:44offline and you can delete them off the system altogether.
46:48Because Google will actually start crawling your site as soon as it's gone live on the
46:52hosting and you'll start picking up pages.
46:54Once you pick up pages, um, it will have a certain value, you know, in the index of the
46:58search engines.
46:59Um, if you go ahead then and delete it, you just created a broken link on your site.
47:04Somebody will find it on Google, click through and it's broken.
47:07And it, it doesn't look great if it's a broken site.
47:10So, you know, if you've had a, a web page on your website for a long period of time, you
47:16know, more than a few weeks, it is advisable to put a redirect in place.
47:20Now, don't worry too much about that at this stage.
47:23It's only really going forward that, you know, you don't really want to be deleting pages
47:27that have been live.
47:28Um, you know, just leave them, um, sitting at the bottom, unlink them from the main nav
47:33and, um, let Google crawl them, find them.
47:37Unless you really don't want that, uh, text to be crawled by Google, then you can delete
47:42it.
47:42But if, if it's doing no harm, leave it at the bottom of your site, unlinked on any of the
47:47main nav.
47:49Um, but just to show you how to switch a page off, I can, um, if I want to switch
47:54off the
47:54review page, I just click on the live button and just click change.
47:58And it switches itself offline.
48:01Um, it's offline there, but just be careful because if you switch something offline, it
48:07doesn't get rid of it off the main nav.
48:10If I click in here, it's still actually up there.
48:13My visitors can still click on it, but it is offline.
48:17So, um, they just see that it's offline and it shows that error message.
48:22So, the best thing to do is, um, if you want to take something away from the, from the main
48:29nav, you just don't want to promote it anymore.
48:31Um, as I said, leave it online, but I'm just going to show you how to delete this.
48:36We'll go into the structure.
48:39I'll go in here under the structure and go to properties and actually disable it from the
48:44main nav.
48:46Okay.
48:47Um, so that's how you take it off the main nav is disable it.
48:51It will become an unlinked page at the bottom.
48:54And, you know, that might be what you want unlinked at the bottom.
48:57You might want to reactivate it again next year.
48:59Like Christmas just becomes deactivated for a short period of time, but then you put it
49:03back up again the following year.
49:05So something like that, just disable it from the main nav by going into the navigational
49:10structure, switching it to disabled.
49:12You can keep it on the sitemap, um, leave it as show and just click submit.
49:18Um, and if I go back into my overview page then, and I look for reviews.
49:27Reviews is down at the bottom and it's offline.
49:30But, um, you don't want it offline, so leave it online.
49:37So reviews are down there.
49:38It's live, but it's not linked to the main nav.
49:41Okay.
49:42So let's put it back on the main nav now.
49:44I, I, I want to put it back on the main nav exactly where it was.
49:48Um, and this is how you would put Christmas or any other seasonal items back on the main nav.
49:52If you go into the structure, go into properties again.
49:57Um, just make sure that it's under the right parent nav that you want.
50:01And here we want it on home.
50:03So that's right.
50:04Um, click on enabled and submit.
50:07Sorry, I need to change the page as well.
50:11I need to make sure the right page is selected, so I need to find reviews.
50:23So there's my reviews page.
50:25And if I go back and refresh the site, it's, um, should be back and it's not offline.
50:30It's, it's, it's online.
50:32Okay.
50:32Guys, hopefully that makes sense.
50:34I know it's, um, a little bit of moving around, but essentially any items or changes to the
50:39navigation, your best bet is to go into structure and, uh, make your edits and changes to the structure in
50:45there.
50:45If you want to re-sort your navigation in any way, go in here and re-sort them.
50:50Like if you want to move reviews down, um, under, you know, rooms, um, you know, select,
50:56bring it down there.
50:57If you want to move it back under home, click and drag and leave it under there.
51:02Okay.
51:03Sorry, I'm not going to save that.
51:04Just, just.
51:06Okay.
51:07Um, do you, that's, that's essentially it for me.
51:09So do you have any further questions at this point?
51:14Uh, don't think so.
51:16As we begin to go in and, you know, populate the site, I think we probably might have a few,
51:21I know I might have a few questions, but, uh, I think it can be accomplished via email.
51:25So.
51:26Yeah.
51:27Okay.
51:28Um, and so I, I'll find out about that template.
51:32The only other thing I need to ask you guys is, um, have you thought about special offer boxes
51:39as standard across your website?
51:41Um, because if you had, uh, an email about that today where you only have to have one and
51:48we have to have it, um, not hidden as such, but, uh, not the sample that we got yesterday.
51:58It just seems to be that there's loads of special offers on it.
52:01So that, um, we just need one, maybe somewhere in the site.
52:06So.
52:07Okay.
52:08Well, the two options that are open to you is to have a standard box up here, just here.
52:14Okay.
52:15Um, and that can be managed throughout the site.
52:18Um, in, in the, um, I'll actually activate it for you now so you can see it and you can
52:23disable it then if you, if you don't want it.
52:25But, um, this is the lowest maintenance one is just to have it, um, updated in the change
52:32options.
52:33If I, if I open that, um, and I go down here and I just load one just so that
52:39you can see
52:39it.
52:40Um, and remember this doesn't just have to be for offers.
52:44This can, you know, highlight, uh, uh, something else as well, um, if you wanted to.
52:50Like, um, you may have a lot more going on rather than just accommodation in your property.
52:54So, you know, try to promote other areas.
52:56Um, but let's just say we just select one for now.
52:59Um, and I just give it a link, um, to erase on your site.
53:10And you can date range it then if you want.
53:12And I'll just save those changes very quickly.
53:15Okay.
53:17This will now appear on every page of your site if I just refresh it.
53:21So there it is.
53:22And it will appear on every page if that's what you want.
53:26Okay.
53:27Okay.
53:28Um, so, and that's, like, once you've got more than one, it will actually rotate.
53:33Okay.
53:34Um, and you can kind of have, uh, you know, like I said, you can be promoting the restaurant.
53:40You can be promoting, um, something to do in Dublin, et cetera.
53:43App and T.
53:44App and T.
53:45Exactly.
53:46Whatever, whatever is important to your property, promote it from this box.
53:50Visitor can see it when they go onto your site.
53:52They don't have to scroll down to see it.
53:54Like, I think keep that scrolling, um, information to the homepage.
53:58All of your other templates should really be kept very text simple.
54:03Like, the homepage has all this detail, you know, with these boxes.
54:06Um, you can use these.
54:08They don't have to be special offers.
54:09They can be just, like, uh, see what's happening in, in Temple Bar.
54:14Um, choose an offer.
54:15Choose a rate.
54:16Choose, you know, um, something to do.
54:19Uh, and it can be book accommodation.
54:21Do afternoon tea.
54:23Um, uh, uh, book, book your 21st.
54:27Book a party.
54:27Book get together with friends.
54:29Something like that there.
54:31Um, yeah.
54:32Exactly.
54:33Come down here then and promote Dublin.
54:35Promote Dublin out of one of those boxes.
54:38Talk about the three arena.
54:39Talk about, um, something else down here.
54:42It's your, the homepage is the only real page that should have all this detail.
54:48Don't have this much detail in every other page of your site or, you know, in other pages.
54:52It's not necessary.
54:53This is, like, this style should really only be kept for your homepage.
54:59I've seen that you've copied this style kind of on other pages.
55:02And it's just, it's not necessary to use all of these features elsewhere.
55:06Some properties use this style on their home wedding page or their home spa page to kind of bring people
55:13through onto their other pages of those kind of areas.
55:16But you guys are really just accommodation, restaurant and, you know, parties.
55:21These, that's, they're your main area.
55:23So you're, you're bringing them into one of those, um, areas from the homepage.
55:29Um, so keep the homepage specifically for that.
55:34Sleep, um, is really just text information.
55:37And then you can, you know, you can jump from one, um, room page to another room page from within
55:42here.
55:42The gallery has, when you have the images available, you'll actually get to see the gallery.
55:47You need a small and a large image for each of these to work.
55:50And once you have those uploaded, um, you'll be able to, uh, see them, um, you'll be able to add
55:55them and then see them in a visual, uh, aspect.
55:58The special offer is, um, is fine.
56:00You just need to add maybe a couple of special offers.
56:03Again, a special offer is going to be a huge thing for you.
56:06Um, if you need to save some space there, just offers works well as well.
56:12Um, each is your restaurant.
56:15Um, so again, you'll have all of your, um, main restaurant pages down along the side here so that people
56:22can move from one, uh, restaurant to the other quite easily.
56:25Um, the planning gets, you know, people into the different areas in there and the location.
56:29And then finally the play, um, section is just about doubling, um, to do so.
56:38That's fine.
56:39Um, okay.
56:41Um, and again, you know, they can be all, the, the, the style, if you wanted to, can be follow
56:47the same style and the submenus can be down along here.
56:50So once I clarify that for you, because you haven't added any text in here yet, it's still early days
56:55and you can change this quite, quite easily.
56:56So let me find that out and I'll get in contact with you, um, about how to make those edits
57:02and changes.
57:03They, they should be a very quick, straightforward change.
57:05I just need to clarify it with a designer, um, on your template.
57:09Um, uh, I think that's it.
57:13I think just decide, do you want this, do you want this option for the offers?
57:17It just keeps it low maintenance.
57:18It means you're not going into each page individually and changing offers all the time.
57:22That, um, you just keep, um, the main offers up here and they're, they're, they're very specific.
57:27So just think about the layout, the, the look and feel of the site a little bit more before you
57:33finalize it.
57:33And then, um, you know, work away, start adding the content, the text, and then when you get the images,
57:39the images will be uploaded as well.
57:41Um, maybe, would it be, would it be okay with you guys if maybe we scheduled another call from Monday,
57:46um, Monday afternoon?
57:47Just to follow up.
57:48I'm actually not here on Monday.
57:50Excuse me.
57:51I'm out on the road all day on Monday.
57:53Would Tuesday afternoon suit?
57:55Yeah, Tuesday afternoon next week should be fine with me.
57:58Um, Laurie, do you need to be on?
58:00Sorry, did that suit you?
58:01Um, for the same time, yes, that'll work.
58:04Yeah, um, three to four next Tuesday.
58:06Um, I'm pretty certain it's free, so I'll just check my calendar, but, um, yeah, I'll confirm it.
58:11I'll set up a join me now.
58:12Even just a 10 minute call just to catch up on what we've talked about here today and make sure
58:15that we're all on the same page in terms of, you know, think about, um, what we've gone through today.
58:20And, um, if, you know, uh, make sure we've got the styling right, uh, because it's a lot more difficult
58:26once you go live to make changes like this.
58:28It's, it's very important to get it, get it right this side of, um, go live and, um, it's easier
58:32to make those changes if necessary.
58:34Um, so I'll, I'll, I'll talk to you next week.
58:37We'll, we'll catch up on it.
58:38And, um, I'll have the information from the designer by then and I'll send it on to you.
58:43All right, guys.
58:44Great.
58:44Thanks so much.
58:46Okay, guys.
58:46Um, I'll send on this recording.
58:48Hopefully it'll help you to listen back to it, but, um, you know, you can, um, you know, listen back
58:52to it if you need to, but it's, it's not a standard recording.
58:55So we do have standard recordings for this template if you, um, want it, um, at any stage in the
59:01future.
59:01Just ask if we can, we, I can send you a copy of that as well.
59:04It just literally goes through this template from start to finish on all of the main features.
59:09Um, the only thing that it's kind of missing is, is, um, the sidebar information.
59:14That's kind of a very new feature just with the, um, text on the side.
59:17So, um, as I said, I'll get that clarified for you.
59:21Okay, guys.
59:23Great.
59:23Thanks so much.
59:24Thanks.
59:25No worries.
59:25Take care now.
59:26And I'll talk to you next week.
59:28Great.
59:28Thanks.
59:29I'll give you a call now in a minute.
59:31Thanks.
59:32Bye.
59:32Bye.
59:32Bye.
