00:03Welcome back to The Hemp Cabin, or THC for short. If you're new here, I'm Scarlett, and

00:08we are a group of magical cannabis enthusiasts of legal age using legal products. Our meeting

00:16videos are more informational, and our rituals videos are demonstrations and explanations

00:22of various rituals, spells, and potions that correspond with things like moon phases and

00:27holidays. If you prefer not smoking, that's fine. I recommend doing your favorite breathing

00:33exercise or just taking a few deep breaths. If you want to join The Hemp Cabin, all you

00:52In order to begin our rituals, we must first cast a circle. There are many ways to do this,

00:58but what I like to do for our videos is imagine a sphere around me, take a hit, and then

01:03imagine

01:04that sphere filling up with my smoke cleansing and protecting me, and then we will invite

01:09the entities that we want to join us.

01:28The Spirit of Cannabis, I invoke you. Nick's Great Mother Night, I invoke you. Selene, Goddess

01:35Goddess of the Moon, I invoke you. Erebus, God of Darkness and Shadow, I invoke you. Hekate,

01:42Goddess of Witchcraft, I invoke you. Asclepius, God of Healing and Medicine, I invoke you.

02:05Tonight is the night of June's new moon, which also happens to be a super new moon. A super

02:12new moon occurs when the moon is at its closest point to Earth, and it has a strong

02:19effect on the tides. New moons are about reflection, release, and setting intention. June's new moon

02:28is a time for removing the obstacles that are in the way of love. It is in Gemini, which adds

02:37themes of connection, clarity, excitement, air magic, curiosity, and spontaneity. With all of that set,

02:46let's get started on our rituals. Number one is sacrifice smoke. Smoke is a wonderful sacrifice

02:54that can be given to any entity. Since this is the Hemp Coven, I recommend sacrificing your smoke

03:02by stating your intention to sacrifice, and then taking a hit and blowing the smoke over your altar,

03:08offering dish, statue, or other symbol of the intended recipient. So, here's an example.

03:20I give this smoke to you, Mother Nyx.

03:38I blew that smoke upward because my statue that represents Nyx is actually on top of a cabinet,

03:48right next to my altar, which I use as sort of an extension of my altar. So, she's kind of

03:55looking

03:56down over the altar, and that's why I blew the smoke up towards her. You can also sacrifice smoke by

04:04using incense or a ritual fire. As always, please practice good fire safety. Number two is Sesh in the

04:15darkness. I recommend this one every new moon because it is one of the easiest and most fun

04:22ways to absorb the powers of the new moon. Load up your favorite smoking method or something special

04:31for the occasion. Select audio entertainment that will help deepen your connection with the darkness,

04:38or just listen to the sounds of nature if you are able to listen to nature outside of a city.

04:46If you want,

04:48you can invite other witches or entities such as Nyx, Selene, Erebus, and Artemis.

04:55Number three is a spell to strengthen connections. There are many types of connections that a witch can have.

05:03There are connections to other people, familiars, spirits, entities, deities, past lives, other worlds,

05:11nature, your own magic, and your higher self. I'm sure there's at least one that I'm forgetting here,

05:19but you get my gist. Decide which connections you want to strengthen. I recommend focusing on one at a time.

05:28I actually went against my own recommendation and focused on two. That's fine. The two that I chose are

05:37pretty connected though, so it kind of works as like a double playing. So you can do that if you

05:46feel

05:47that you have two that go together. Write down what kind of connection you are focusing on and who or

05:55what

05:55that connection is with. If you want a deity or entity to help you write their names and how you

06:03want them

06:04to help. Be as specific as you feel inclined to be. If you want to burn herbs or incense, I

06:12recommend rose,

06:13hibiscus, or sage. If you want to light a candle, I recommend choosing a color that represents the specific

06:20connection that you are focusing on. Light your paper and herbs in a fire safe dish and light your candle

06:27and say whatever magic words come to you. I have to clear off my fire safe dish. So here's so

06:39you can see me

06:40that you aregiving.

08:10covenant number four is a spell to discard that which holds you back we all face

08:17obstacles and hardships in our lives sometimes you can find your way out but I

08:23think it's safe to say that everyone could use a little help write down

08:27what's standing in your way in as much detail as you can I recommend focusing

08:33on one thing at a time but you can do the spell as many times as you want if you

08:39want an entity or deity for help write their names and how you want them to

08:44help you if you want to burn herbs or incense I recommend sage if you want to

08:50burn a candle I recommend black or white depending on which one means

08:55banishment for you light your paper herbs and candle and say whatever magic words

09:01come to you here we go burning her up

10:31Number five is meditate on your magical journey.

10:35Get as big as you feel comfortable being and get into a comfortable sitting or laying position.

10:42Either relax your body or straighten your posture and cross your legs, whichever position feels best for you.

10:52Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths.

11:18You can do your favorite breathing exercise if you prefer.

11:25Focus on your magical journey.

11:29Did you perform witchcraft before knowing it?

11:34Were you raised to be a witch?

11:39How and when did you discover witchcraft?

11:44What have you overcome?

11:47How long has this journey been so far?

11:52The correct answer to that one is likely the length of your soul's existence.

11:58However, you can focus on this lifetime if it is easier.

12:09How did your magical journey begin?

12:12What types of magic did you discover first?

12:17What experiments have you done?

12:21How did they turn out?

12:25Who has helped you along this journey?

12:29Who or what has blocked your path?

12:34What is the current state of your magical journey?

12:40What areas of your magic need more attention?

12:45Which areas can you decrease focus on in favor of others?

12:52Is there anything overwhelming you?

12:59If so, what is it?

13:04What connections have you made?

13:08What have you discovered about yourself?

13:17What entities or deities have granted you wisdom or aid?

13:23What habits have you gained?

13:27What mental blocks have you overcome?

13:32Carefully analyze your journey so far.

13:36Take as long as you need to.
