00:52circle there are many ways to do this but what I like to do for our videos is imagine a
00:57sphere
00:57around me take a hit and then imagine that sphere filling up with my smoke cleansing and protecting
01:03me and then we will move on to invite the entities that we want to join us

02:01I love my edge catcher it helps so much for this week's video we will be discussing the higher self
02:10you may have heard it called the higher self highest self the higher
02:15consciousness or the highest good this is different from your shadow self the shadow self is the part of yourself
02:23that's usually hidden from the rest of the world whereas the higher self is essentially your spirit without the restrictions
02:32of your body it is the part of your soul that has the whole picture it can access different lifetimes
02:39give advice and more
02:41it's almost all knowing and there are various ways to access it I recently did something called qhhht which is
02:51essentially a sort of healing hypnosis that calls upon the higher self and takes you through a few past lives
02:59this is an oversimplification of it because I don't know a whole lot of the details behind it because I
03:08was the client not the practitioner
03:10practitioner but it was definitely a valuable experience I learned a lot about myself and my journeys I also learned
03:21a bit more about my connection with my husband my purpose and a recurring pattern that happens in my past
03:28lives it is an interesting and valuable experience and I am definitely open to doing it again the higher self
03:39exists at a high
03:40higher vibration if you want to access it you can use various methods of meditation communication and elevating your consciousness
03:50yes that includes our good friend him the higher self is your guide for doing what's best for you and
03:58for enhancing your spiritual journey it knows your purpose your soul connections and past lives and is separated from the
04:08ego
04:09the chakras the chakras the chakras that aid in connecting with your higher self are the crown the third eye
04:16and the heart you can do various rituals meditations and spells to enhance these chakras to strengthen the connection with
04:25the higher self your higher self is a part of you and you need to nurture it like any other
04:32part of you this may sound hard but it really isn't
04:36the higher self the higher self the higher self knows what it needs and more specifically what it needs from
04:41you you just have to open yourself up and listen to it when it comes to reaching out to your
04:47higher self it's best to start with cleansing your workspace and yourself as you should before performing any ritual there
04:56are many ways to do this but I recommend starting with a physical cleaning
05:02and then moving on to energy cleaning and then moving on to energy cleaning an example of this is at
05:09the beginning of our videos when I cast a circle once your space is cleansed cast a circle if you
05:17haven't already casting a circle both protects you and creates a special space for connecting with the divine including your

05:32a while back I believe it is on daily motion you can use your usual methods of communicating with entities
05:39to communicate with your higher self this can include reading cards fire smoke scrying and more you can try methods
05:49of hypnosis trances and meditation to call forth your higher self for knowledge advice and wisdom as well as showing
05:59appreciation which is very important
06:01you can make sacrifices to your higher self as you would any entity or deity how do you know when
06:09you've connected to your higher self you may have a sense of knowing things that you didn't before you may
06:16feel a strong connection with your soul family which is essentially the other souls that are connected to yours and
06:24that is again another oversimplification I think soul families might be a conversation for another
06:31video you may feel overcome with self love you may sense or suddenly know your purpose you may feel your
06:41light and dark sides in perfect balance you may feel firm in setting boundaries if you're taking the route of
06:50inducing a trance or hypnotic state you will feel your higher self take over in the QHHT that I did
06:59my higher self showed me
07:01many things and answered my questions and answered my questions and gave further insights in the moment it was like
07:09I was in the back of my mind watching my higher self take control of my body to speak you
07:17may experience something similar in your trance or hypnotic state I recommend recording your session if you can so you
07:25can go back through and take notes and gather as much information as you can
07:31I actually have found that the longer it's been since I last connected with my highest self which was the
07:41QHHT that I did just a couple of days ago I feel that I am starting to like get more
07:52information like after the fact so you may experience that as well
