01:55so for this high holiday we will be discussing rituals to do to celebrate

02:03it's also my anniversary today so I have a lot to celebrate so let's get started

02:12number one is sesh with the spirit of cannabis Dionysus and asclepius

02:18load your chosen smoking method get in a comfortable seat and cue up audio that

02:24fits the mood you can make a playlist some music or use meditation soundscapes or

02:30frequencies call for if the spirit of cannabis Dionysus and asclepius and take a

02:38hit like we do at the beginning of our videos close your eyes and imagine them

02:43sitting with you hold your smoking method out for the next entity imagine them

02:50taking a hit watch them inhale and exhale does their appearance change how does the smoke dance

03:01around them does it spell out words what shapes does it form imagine them handing the smoking method to the

03:13next person in the rotation

03:15observe them as they smoke see them pass the smoking method to the final entity watch them smoke imagine that

03:27smoking method coming back to you take your hit and then pass it along to the next entity keep going

03:36until you are as baked as you feel comfortable being and feel free to ask them any questions while they

03:42smoke with your

03:44last hit bid them goodbye like we do at the end of our videos number two is a

03:51feast a feast is a traditional method of celebration that is present in most

03:58religious practices in one form or another you don't have to overeat you just

04:04have to appreciate and enjoy the food that you have get your favorite meal or

04:10eat snacks and get baked as fuck when the munchies kick in think whatever entities you

04:16want for the food and dive in you can also leave offerings of food for entities on your

04:24altar or outside but be sure that they are safe for any

04:29creatures that may try to eat them you can also invite entities to join your feast focus on the

04:36taste texture smell and look of your food savor it gratefully

04:44number three is a hemp drink meditation hemp drinks tend to kick in really quickly so this meditation will

04:51help you get the most out of it prepare your drink and get in a comfortable seated position

04:58take a sip and hold it in your mouth and close your eyes what does it taste like is it

05:06hot or cold

05:08what is the texture if it has bubbles focus on the sensation of the bubbles popping in your mouth

05:18swallow take a deep breath take a minute to contemplate how you feel and then take another sip

05:28is this sip better worse or the same as the first focus on the flavor and texture

05:37how would you describe this drink repeat until the drink is finished once finished close your eyes

05:46and take a few slow deep breaths or do your favorite breathing exercise how do you feel what taste

05:54this lingers on your tongue do you feel a cooling or warming sensation as the liquid moves through your system

06:06are the effects kicking in how does that make you feel keep your eyes closed and focus on what you're

06:16feeling

06:17if you feel a little too high ground yourself by imagining roots coming from you and plunging deep into the

06:25earth

06:27feel at one with the earth take slow deep breaths and lay down if you need to

06:37number four is make edibles if you like to bake or cook today would be a perfect day to try

06:43your hand at

06:43making your own edibles make sure that you decarb your herb first which is essentially heating it at a low

06:52temperature to activate the psychoactive cannabinoids once decarbed i recommend infusing butter oil honey or milk

07:04i've infused butter oil and honey i actually recently infused honey for the first time

07:11which is really fun and it turned out really good i use sims and keith to make my edibles however

07:20i don't

07:21recommend that unless you have a very high tolerance because it tends to be very strong and hard to dose

07:29however there are plenty of recipes online that have dosing guides with them and make it a lot easier

07:37number five is green glamour magic to celebrate our plant friend i recommend doing some green glamour magic

07:45today that can include wearing green clothes green makeup a green wig green jewelry green shoes or other

07:55green accessories i certainly will be decked out in green like it's saint patrick's day number six is a

08:02spell for justice for cannabis cannabis cannabis has been unjustly banned and many people have been

08:10jailed for enjoying one of nature's best gifts

08:17this spell will help bring justice for our plant ally and those who were punished for partaking

08:24write down justice for cannabis and its consumers on a piece of paper

08:30if you want to burn herbs i recommend nutmeg and sage if you want to burn a candle i recommend

08:37burn your paper and herbs in a fire safe dish and light your candle say whatever magic words come to

08:43you

08:52then miss please bring justice for cannabis

10:13Cannabis can treat many illnesses and symptoms,

10:16and sometimes it is the most effective medicine available.

10:21So let's thank the plant spirit and the god of healing

10:26for cannabis's healing powers.

10:29Stand or sit in front of your altar with your chosen smoking method.

10:33Say whatever magic words come to you and blow smoke over your altar.

11:00Number eight is meditate on how cannabis has improved your life.

11:04Cannabis improves the lives of those who consume it in many ways,

11:08so let's meditate on how it's helped us.

11:12Get baked and get into a comfortable sitting or laying position.

11:17Think about what cannabis has done for you.

11:21What is different about your life with cannabis in it?

11:25What does cannabis help you with?

11:28What good things has cannabis brought into your life?

11:32What would your life be without cannabis?

11:36How can you show your appreciation?

11:39How can you cherish this sacred plant?

11:43Take as long as you need to.
