00:51There are many ways to do this, but what I like to do for our videos is imagine a sphere
00:57around me, take a hit, and then imagine that sphere filling up with my smoke, cleansing and protecting me, and
01:03then we will invite the entities that we want to join us.

01:54For this week's meeting, we will be discussing Hellenic daemons again.
02:00This is going to be the last video where I am listing various Hellenic daemons.
02:07If you missed our previous videos, I recommend watching those, but I'll briefly catch you up.
02:13So daemons in Hellenic religion are the spirits and deities that personify various aspects of human life and society.
02:26And it is believed that each person has a daemon with them from birth to death.
02:32I am actually getting in touch with my daemon and learning to build a relationship with her right now, but
02:43I will share more about that journey when it's further along.
02:47So for now, I'm just going to continue listing the Hellenic daemons by name and what they are the spirit
02:56or deities of.
02:58So let's get started.
03:02Number one is Penia, the spirit of poverty and need.
03:09Pentos is the spirit of grief, sorrow, mourning, and misery.
03:14Feme is the goddess of rumor, report, gossip, fame, and reputation.
03:20Philotes is the spirit of friendship, affection, love, and sex.
03:27Philophrosine is the spirit of friendliness, kindness, and welcome.
03:33Phobos is the god of panic, fear, and terror.
03:37The Phonoi are the spirits of murder, killing, and slaughter.
03:42Phryk is the spirit of horror.
03:44Phothonos is the spirit of envy, jealousy, malice, and ill will.
03:52Pistis is the spirit of trust, honesty, faith, and trustworthiness.
03:58Plotus is the god of wealth.
04:02Poinai is the spirit of retribution, blood, money, vengeance, penalty, and punishment.
04:09Polemos is the spirit of war and battle.
04:14Pompeii is the goddess of religious procession.
04:19Ponos is the spirit of hard work, labor, and toil.
04:24Poros is the spirit of expediency, accomplishing, and providing.
04:30Pothos is the god of sexual longing and yearning.
04:34The Praxiticae are the goddesses of exacting justice.
04:39Proioxus is the spirit of pursuit and battle.
04:43Prophosus is the spirit of excuses and pleas.
04:48The Pseudologoi are the spirits of lies and lying.
04:53Tokea is the spirit of beggary.
04:57Sophrosine is the spirit of moderation, temperance, self-control, prudence, and discretion.
05:04Soter is the spirit of safety, deliverance, and preservation from harm.
05:10Soteria is the goddess of safety, deliverance, and preservation from harm.
05:16Tekne is the spirit of art, craft, and technical skills.
05:22Telete is the goddess of consecration and initiations.
05:28Thanatos is the god of death, specifically peaceful death.
05:34Thorassos is the spirit of overboldness, rashness, and insolence.
05:39Tyche is the goddess of fortune, chance, and fate.
05:43I've discussed her before.
05:45And finally, Zelos is the spirit of rivalry, jealousy, ambition, envy, and zeal.
05:52That concludes our list of Hellenic daemons.
