00:04Yeah, well, I think having a chance to lay out my whole vision,
00:07the plan I have for this football team moving forward is going to be part of it.
00:11But I think them having a chance to see me in the building,
00:15something that to me should be more impressive than everything else.
00:18The situation I kind of had a chance to take over,
00:21having three different jobs in the same season,
00:23which I'm not sure that's happened before in the history of football.
00:26It may have been.
00:27I might be being dramatic, but.
00:28Yeah, so it was challenging, but I learned a lot more about myself this year.
00:32And I've probably grown more as a coach this year than the last maybe two,
00:37three years combined just because of having to wear three different hats
00:40in the same building.
00:42And also have to adjust and adapt on the fly,
00:44which is a desired trait you should have or want to have to be in this position
00:50because the game is ever evolving, ever changing.
00:52And it's never consistent as far as what may happen from day to day.
00:56But also having a chance to learn on the fly, adapt on the fly,
01:01and make adjustments on the fly when it comes to how you communicate with players.
01:04They also being able to offer myself in a different light.
01:08And you go from being in the back of the quarterback room as a pass game coordinator
01:11to being the coordinator, to being the head coach gives you a different respect
01:16as far as how the group views you, but also give a glimpse of what it looks like
01:21when you have an opportunity to do it the right way from the beginning.
01:23So difficult, 1,000%, probably more so than people are willing to admit
01:28and will ever put themselves in a spot that they actually ever do.
01:33But difficult is a part of life and difficult to me is irrelevant.
01:36and it's just not something that I've done.
01:37Let's take a walk around one minute.
01:37Let's just take a look at that.
